I suggest the factory put a metal heavy duty fastener in, other than that very simple and fast to change the mop head.

My mother has ceramic tile flooring and needed something to pick up the dust without having to sweep. This was it. She received it and like a kid, thought it was best gift ever. She loves that she can wash it when needed and the ease of using it as she is an 80yr old. Great product.
