I bought this to make the step-down from my house onto my outdoor deck a little gentler in terms of height of the step. It's so pretty and elegant that it looks like it's part of the deck - not some "old person's" mobility product. I love it.

There were cracks on both ends of the stool(s). The finish is beautiful but considering this product is for safety it’s unfortunate that it has so many flaws for so many customers. The package was undamaged and it came in bubble wrap so for me this determines it is a lack of quality control at the time of making the product. Now I have to figure out how to send this back when unfortunately I just had a surgery and I purchased this item specifically so I can get onto my bed safely and I’m not able to be as mobile as I would like.

Bought the smaller one and was perfect. However I wanted the larger base to spread across the entire door base. Move one to the garage and hit the wider one. Perfect for easy stepping into or out of the house. No slipping. This is very sturdy even for the heavy visitors. The aesthetics.look very nice for my front porch. The 3.5 inch height was perfect for the entry.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have a 12" step up into my shed and have been looking for something like this for a long time. It is supper easy to put together, it folds and is easy to handle, sturdy, wide enough for my big feet when unfolded and is steady on my gravely, rocky ground.

The media could not be loaded. I gave it 1 star because it’s a very nice looking step and worked well for my husband for 2 months. Last week we had a couple heavy rainfalls and the next time he went out, the step broke. It’s meant for outdoors but it doesn’t hold up. I bought 2 there wooden steps for a total of 3 that would fit nicely across my front double doors. This is the only step that could fold. The other 2 are just flat tops and have held up well so far. I don’t recommend buying this step.
