Not only does it keep us from having to do the same exercises over and over, but it's fun to switch it up. This music boxing machine is in the top 5 of the most fun exercise equipment/toys we have.To start, the installation is the easiest thing ever. For real, it took a few minutes. They have these velcro straps that attach to the back of the machine and to the wall or whatever surface you mount it to. The velcro straps that attach to the wall are longer than the boxing machine. This is so the boxing machine can be moved up and down to adjust for height differences. Wanting it to look aesthetically nice, I spent more time (of that few minutes) using a level to make the straps on the wall even than actually installing it. It really is that quick.Besides the boxing machine and the velcro straps, it comes with boxing gloves and the USB cable to charge it. I like that I can quickly take it off the wall to charge it.It has 9 modes and 9 speeds with adjustable volume. My favorite feature is connecting it to Bluetooth to have it synced to my favorite songs. To connect the Bluetooth, tap the on/off Bluetooth button, then on your device search for Gordon03/Gordon06 to connect. For me, that's what makes this lots of fun. I love dance, music, and movement. This system is a variation of everything I enjoy and want in my exercise experiences.The best part is that the whole family likes it as much as I do. We had to make a sign up sheet for it. That's how popular it is in our house. I opted for the pink because I thought the room needed a pop of color, and the pink with the black makes where you are supposed to punch easier to see. I totally recommend this.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this since I thought it would be fun to use and give a good workout. The pads were not very responsive. It was hit or miss whether it would give off a sound that I βhit the markβ. That made it not so fun. I returned it.
