This is another fine product (labelled Quantum Nutrition Labs) that is affiliated with the Premiere Research Labs brand. The Quantum Nutrition Labs/Premiere Research Labs brand sells many dietary supplement products that have generally received good reviews. The Quantum Nutrition Labs label on the container states that it's "distributed by Quantum Nutrition Labs, LP 3500-B Wadley Place, Austin, TX 78728." The Premiere Research Labs products share the same exact TX address. You can look them up online. I'm providing this info for the informed Bolo consumer.The container comes with a tamper seal under the plastic lid. It was sealed air tight without any loose powder when I received the product. The manufacturing date is engraved (not printed) underneath the dark bottle. It states "MFG 240529-0910 BS." I interpreted that to be a manufactured product date of May 29, 2024. There is a QR code on the side of the label that when scanned, displays "240529-10910." I assumed that is the manufactured date being shown in an alternate format. There is another QR code on the other side of the container that states "Scan to discover more" to bring you to the Quantium Nutrition Labs website. Under "Education/ Certification," it shows that their general products are USP Audited, Non GMO Project Verified, Orthodox Union, and USDA Organic. This creatine product was not listed under any of these certifications, but several of their other supplement products are.My regular go-to creatine supplement that I've purchased from GNC or Bolo is the Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder. I've use creatine supplements for years. If you're coming from another powdered creatine product, the Quantum Nutrition Labs creatine powder will be familiar to you. It has that powdery non-flavored, bland taste. I usually mix the powder into my daily oatmeal or take it straight up into my mouth with water. It comes with a scooper to get you the 5 gram (5000 mg) suggested daily dosage.The ingredient, as listed, is pure Creatine Monohydrate, without any other added ingredients. There is no added preservatives or flavors, as listed on the label. Coming from other similar creatine products, I can say that the ingredient list is believeable. After all, one creatine powder just tastes like another creatine powder with its dry, bland taste.Please do not overdose on creatine. It will cause you dehyration and a slight headache. Drink lots of water througout the day.

I ordered this product after a recommendation from a friend. I’ve used this brand before so I didn’t hesitate to purchase from them. I didn’t notice a different after taking it daily as instructed. It also does NOT blend well. It’s gritty and disgusting. I’ve tried hot water, cold, blended, nothing works. So if you order it, be prepared for that.

My reviews mention any shortcomings I discover. I reserve my highest ratings for products that positively satisfy all these criteria and reduce that rating fairly for those that do not. Since the lid is easily removable, the single foil seal is inadequate for consumer protection.No mention of manufacturer certification. Made by others. Product of USA - sourcing unknown.I will provide any known benefits and side-effects I experience from each supplement I take personally; however, effects are often unapparent for many months - if at all. For this reason, I choose to place more emphasis on product safety in my reviews and will point out weaknesses.My ancestors were slaves in the lowcountry barrier islands on my mother's side and Native Americans from the Great Smoky Mountains of NC on my father's. Herbal remedies have been a part of my heritage for centuries. I was treated with herbs since birth, grow many of my own, and they have been a part of my life for over 60 years. Anyone that takes their workouts seriously, knows the about the tried and true supplement called creatine monohydrate. This one is in the classic powdered form and it works as described. Easy to dissolve in water and/or juice. I typically consume it about 15 minutes prior to a workout and continue to do so for the duration of my workouts. It can give you that extra energy to produce extra gains and pumps while lifting or running. If you are familiar with creatine, you should know to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. I typically do not "load up" on creatine as recommended by a lot of experts. i just go with my daily dosage of 5g, plus you will be getting creatine from your normal foods like meats. So far taking this for about 2 weeks has been pretty good, no fall off from my more expensive "store bought" brands. No after taste, and no tummy issues. This product will last me almost 2 months at the rate of working out about 2-3 times a week, when taken on the days I work out. I typically will not consume creatine on my non workout days.
