This "axe" "tomahawk" "hachet" came chipped at the tip of the blade. As well as being dull put of the box. It won't even stick into a wood block when swung let alone thrown like its supposedly is labeled as a "throwing axe".I bought this as a everyday use simple little hachet/tomahawk, but I can't even use it as is WITHOUT having to sharpen it myself.Also, upon further inspection when taking photos for this review, I have found the metal itself to riddled with pits as pictured above.This is not a well made high quality axe/hachet/tomahawk as described by the maker. It's just a cheap hachet/axe/tomahawk whatever u wanna call it with a high dollar price tag.I'd give it 0 stars but I'll settle for 1 since it did come with a handle at least....And, don't expect a way to contact the seller to complain or inform them of an issue. I have found zero way to contact them given they are a chinese company.

Axe quality:The handles broke off within a month of using them. The blade on one of them chipped after 2 months of normal use. I wish there would have been some kind of warranty, these were a gift to my son for his birthday and I feel bad now because he really loved them when he got them.

This is an excellent hatchet but what makes it even better is it's outstanding value.Pros: fit and finish are great, handle is mounted well to the head. The geometry of the head, for me, is ideal for what I'll use it for...that being an all purpose camp hatchet. It is the perfect size for all kinds of camp chores. Light enough for extended use, heavy enough to carry some mass into the swing.Cons: handle material is red oak and not hickory. It looks like the bit was welded to the cheek.Unknown metal. It is reasonably hard, but I'm sure it isn't anything noteworthy.....or it would have been noted in the description.Would I recommend it. In a heartbeat. in fact, at its current price, I already ordered another.Would I go out in the woods for an extended period with only this hatchet over one of it's Swedish or German cousins. No, not yet. We'll see how it holds up.

They look great, but the handles cracked and broke off all 3 in the first minute of use. There is still a metal part to the handle, but definitely not comfortable to grip them now. We were throwing into a crosssection of a tree or cookie.

They are of excellent quality, the handles have a nice finish. They are very nice for a present, since the box and the packaging are very pretty. The box contains three with different handles and each one comes with its case. For the price and quality, they are worth it.

Kundenservice 10/10. Leider gab es bei meiner Axt ein Problem, weshalb sie nicht stabil war. Der Verkäufer kam nach meiner (negative) Rezension innerhalb eines Tages direkt auf mich zu und hat sich um das Problem gekümmert.Aussehen der Axt ist super 👍

Gute Axt aber leider ist der Holzgriff defekt.Er ist gespalten. Der gehört aber nun mal zu einer guten Axt, ansonsten ist sie leider nicht wert.P.S. Nachtrag.Die Firma hat sich umgehend bei mir gemeldet und mir eine Rückerstattung angeboten.Top Service !!!
