Coolant sensors in my project car do more than help register the temp, they feed data to the ECU that determines how much more or less fuel the car gets based on temperature so it is important. This sensor was easy to install, a great value and fit without issue.

I have a Jeep Jk (2107) with the 3.6 pentastar motor. I was getting the P0128 code and everyone told me it was the thermostat or the temp sensor. I ended up getting both to replace at the same time and this worked great. It's identical to the original from what I can see. My dash now shows a good temp and all seems well.
