It went off on the highest setting when he was totally quiet!! He got really freaked out and started yelping which I’m thinking set it off more! Poor baby. I immediately removed it and he was not injured. I only got it because his barking has been getting out of control and rewarding silence isn’t helping.

Bark feature does not work on my dog. Set on max, he continues to bark. All adjustments per manual were made. Takes 9 detectable barks between minimum setting and maximum. This is not adjustable. If he waits, the count resets to number 1.Better buttons on the transmitter must be made. I put the transmitter in my pocket and almost killed my dog.
