Disappointing Performance – Not Worth the $300 Price Tag😔Honestly, this product is worth $30 at best, not $300. I'm an average middle-class person who spent months thinking, saving, and working hard just to afford this device. I trusted the brand, the motor power, and the build quality, so on the very first day I opened it, I threw away the box without hesitation.I purchased it on March 12, 2025, and regretted it after the first use. But since I no longer had the box, I kept it — and now I just look at it every day with disappointment.Despite the large container, it only has two blades at the bottom, which means it can’t mix ingredients from the top properly. The machine shakes and moves during use. When I try to use the slicer or shredder functions, the results are uneven — some vegetables get mashed, while large chunks get stuck in the lid area.I wish the engineers had put more thought into the design. And I hope the seller could consider a return option even without the original box. I would have gladly accepted a partial refund just to return it, because honestly, I have no idea what to do with it now. I tried using it three times, and each time I was disappointed.

Its wonderful im glad I order it i feed my dogs chicken and this does a wonderful job cutting it up saves me alot of time I dont have to cut it up anymore

This is a good machine. Works beautifully. If you are used to another brand, minor adjustments in how to use/assemble. The storage system is kind of cool but feels a bit dangerous removing and replacing sharp parts.So be careful. But great to use. Both shredding and blending work beautifully, quick and effective.

This is now my most used kitchen appliance. A great size for grinding egg shell for chicken to kitchen scraps for veggies garden & compost to super fluffy pie crust and so much more!!! Highly recommended!!!
