I contacted the company and they sent another battery thinking it was a faulty one. Received the second battery and it was the same thing - no horn, no lights, and no battery lights on console. I asked if it was possible that it was the charging unit and on 5/22 they had a new charging unit on the way. Today, 5/28, I received the new charger and within a 1.5 hour charge, I had a battery 3/4ths full and my scooter powered up. The problem was the original charger unit. The company was very easy to work with and got back to me every time with in a few hours with what to try or do to see if what they suggested to do worked. Now I can get out and about where I was stuck at home and limited to just around outside my home because I can ride and not have the severe back pain when I stand for more than 5 minutes now. I am very happy the way I was treated and the timely manner with which the company handled the problem.

Originally this product was everything we expected Used it a few times last summer then stored it for the winter When we got it out this spring it would only beep I tried to contact seller who kept telling me to do things I had already told them I had done After writing a review and giving one star because of customer service I was contacted about the scooter and sent a replacement part The replacement part took care of the issue so we are set to get going again!

I purchased this for my husband prior to a family vacation so he would be able to get around comfortably,he has several health issues , when we arrived out of town (we had only received this a few days before leaving) we went to use it and the battery would not stay charged so we charged it again thinking maybe we didn’t let it charge long enough ,so after charging we went to use it again and it died with in minutes of use being we were out of town and needed it so I took it to a local shop it see what the issue was they ran diagnostics on it and it had several dead cells in the battery being we needed it I had no choice but to pay $160 to get it fixed I contacted the company looking for some type of reimbursement for their faulty item and their response was there is nothing wrong with our batteries …really? Clearly there was something wrong with the batteries it would not keep a charge and when test showed dead cells in the battery they responded with we will give you $20 …..$20 I had to come out of pocket for $160 to fix their faulty item and all they wanted to reimburse me was $20 they were extremely rude and kept insisting there was nothing wrong with their item…. Just want to let people know if you plan on purchasing look elsewhere for another company that backs their products

The scooter works great, however I would like to see an adjustment so the person could sit further back for more leg room. Second of all better instructions!!!! The unit came hitched together. I was unable to figure out how to dismantle the front from the back. Until I got a person that stopped at the house, I had no idea what to do. More instruction was given for the basket on front. Also the pictures sent may have helped but they were copied so much they were a muddy mess of dark photos. The price was great and I am sure this unit will be wonderful for traveling if the instructions were better. Better instructions and I would have given it 5 stars.

I purchased this for my husband. He has a bigger one that is great but it’s a little too big to use everywhere. We were going on a cruise and we knew that he could not walk without being wore out. This scooter was the perfect fit. He was able to go everywhere, but the beach, he would park it on the board walk, then walk the little bit to the water. It fit perfect in room on the ship. Easy to take apart and move. The price was great. He was stopped on the ship and airport and asked about how it handled and price, we gave them the link to purchase it. Our friend is using it now to see if it would work for her at home. Battery life lasted all day. We would charge it each night but really didn’t have tooThere was only one problem. The port where you use to charge, keeps coming loose, the screws that held it in is stripped. I’ve got to get it fixed.

Very easy to put together. Mturned on initially . Only issue is my battery seems to only get 3 green lights for a “full charge” after charging for 40 hrs. I’m afraid to take it too far but works to get to the store up the street well. It I hope I didn’t get a dud battery or something wrong with thegreen charging lights on dash? The battery no longer works as it will not charge at all. The seller is of no help and will not cover the battery. I will be contacting Bolo as this is my largest ever purchase and seller does not reply. I’ll contact my credit card if Bolo can’t help. Unit is in new condition. Would return for working unit or refund. ThisI wish I just paid more for aproduct. 30 dayds on th battery is a jo.battery faulty but no help from anyone on getting a refund or replacement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Shop local with a warranty.they ended up selling Merle a dead corroded usedbattery and refund to replace or refun. I got a little cabaret shop to get the case open and replace for $90.cool scooter, shady China sellers thugh
