5.0 out of 5 stars Power, Precision, and Pure Perfection — The Anycubic Kobra 3 MAX Is a Game Changer!
As someone who’s owned and tinkered with more 3D printers than I care to admit, the Anycubic Kobra 3 MAX has absolutely blown me away. This machine is not just an upgrade — it’s a full-on evolution in consumer 3D printing. From the moment I unboxed it, setup was a breeze. The auto-leveling worked flawlessly, and within minutes I was printing massive, detailed models that would’ve taken hours of tuning on other machines. The print quality is jaw-dropping — crisp layer lines, clean bridges, and near-zero stringing even on large-scale prints. The build volume? It’s monstrous. You can print helmets, cosplay props, or full-size prototypes in one go without slicing them into parts. For makers, engineers, and artists alike, that’s a game-changer.The speed and stability surprised me the most — the Kobra 3 MAX can move fast without losing accuracy. The dual Z-axis and sturdy frame keep everything locked in place. And with Multicolor/Multimaterial support, my creative options feel limitless. Printing with multiple colors in one project looks professional straight off the bed — no post-processing needed.Noise levels? Whisper-quiet. Interface? Intuitive and smooth touchscreen navigation. Connectivity? Easy Wi-Fi control through Anycubic Cloud or local options — perfect for managing long prints remotely. After months of use, it’s still consistent, reliable, and simply fun to operate. Whether you’re printing detailed figurines, huge cosplay armor, or functional parts, the Kobra 3 MAX delivers every single time.If you’re serious about 3D printing — whether for your business, hobby, or creative side hustle — stop looking. This is the one.🔥 Verdict:The Anycubic Kobra 3 MAX isn’t just a printer; it’s a production powerhouse. Reliable, massive, and smart — it’s earned a permanent spot in my workshop.
1.0 out of 5 stars Issues in less than a month.
Not very happy with this printer. I have had it less than a month and it has already died on me. Won't heat up at all in order to print. Also the Ace Pro had feeding issues almost immediately. Customer support is not local and I can only reach them by email. The email response to my problem was not at all helpful. I am returning it to Bolo. The large bed is nice but not at the expense of having a printer with nothing but problems.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great printer
Great printer. Multicolor printing works well. Huge build volume and quick. Anycubic support is also by far, the best support I’ve dealt with. I had small problem and they were not only helpful, but also responded to messages quickly and with clarity. I also own the Kobra 2 max. Would definitely recommend both printers.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great printer so far, big improvement over original Kobra Max
My original Kobra Max 1 finally gave out after a lot of use. It’s actually operational but I can’t find the entire print head module anywhere including Anycubic’s site. Disappointing to say the least but I went ahead and bought the Kobra Max 3 combo (includes a 4 filament dryer and feed box to support multicolor printing. I ordered a replacement head for the new printer just in case.I have to say this printer has a lot of improvements over the original not just a larger print volume. Maintenance on the old print head was a hassle with tiny screws in hard to see/reach locations. That has gotten much better on the Max 3. The multicolor Fred box also works well and makes printing much simpler with fewer filament swaps. You can go up to 8 colors with another box so pretty amazing. I also like the hot end cleaning mechanisms built into the printer. I don’t see even the slightest amount of wrong color filament when switching between reels. They have a new slicer which is a little clunky in comparison to Cura. So far I haven’t gotten Cura to connect to the printer over the network but that might be me somehow. Not sure if it could handle the Ace Pro multi filament feed box but perhaps. My biggest complaint is the UI around material management. You set color/filament type one place in the Workbench for the Ace Pro but define different filaments and all their print parameters on a different page. A bit confusing and awkward and you absolutely need to use the Sync button to see what the Ace Pro thinks it has loaded or you will probably get the wrong filament. I definitely like material management in Cura better even though even it isn’t that great. The models I’ve printed have been very clean and smooth with no fussing over settings. Bed leveling works well and they have a couple additional checks to improve the stability of the printer and print quality. Models release pretty easily from the bed after it cools.
