This muffin pan is durable, non-stick, and makes perfect cornbread muffins or cupcakes. It's easy to clean as well, but I suggest handwashing; as the dishwasher may reduce the non-stick properties.

I still bake with parchment paper sheets (precut highly recommend). But when stuff does bake onto the pan it comes off crazy easily.The description says warp free. It’s still flat, but it pops in the oven.

Okay, I know it's just a cookie sheet. But considering that most of mine are pretty old and I have purchased the more inexpensive brands, I was so impressed with this one! The pan does have some weight to it. It feels heavier than the standard ones I have. I like that though. It is a creamy white on the outside and it has this beautiful silver glittery finish on the baking surface. When I was thinking about replacing mine last year, I shopped around. One of the problems I ran into was that the more inexpensive baking sheets almost always had some sort of dent or scratch. This pan arrived in pristine condition. I think because of the heavier weight and the carbon steel, it really makes it more sturdy and it would be difficult to dent this. It's so beautiful that I almost don't want to bake on it! I can't give you feedback on how well it works in the oven, because I am not ready to use it just yet. I will probably save it for closer to the holidays when it's time to bake cookies. I'm so impressed with it already, so I'm sure when the time comes, I will be just as impressed with the baking qualities.Also, two other details I wanted to mention. You can only bake on this pan up to 450 degrees. And, this cannot be put in the dishwasher. It is supposed to be hand washed.

The Sur La Table Kitchen Essentials Bake Sale Large 18 X 13 cookie sheet worked well. It is heavy duty and seems to be made of good quality material. We use it to bake cookies. We did feel it did not evenly cook the bottom of the cookies, but it was just slightly off. I believe placement of the cookies of in the over contributed to that. Super easy to clean. The cookie sheet also looks nicer being white than just the plain metal ones. $14 is a great price for the quality of the cookie sheet. Would order this brand again.

I will admit that I got this knowing full well I'd love it, since in general I really like the quality of Sur La Table kitchen essentials. This is a great size for a pan of brownies, or a small chicken. The ceramic makes it behave somewhat nonstick, but without the pfas present in teflon. I found it was extremely easy to wash after use. The size is just right for what I needed for my kitchen, and I've already been using it for single pan meals and baked goods a few times a week. It seems to heat evenly, I never have weird hot spots or overcooked corners on the things I've tried baking in it.
