I took a chance and ordered these Blood Lancets. Why pay more? Works every time painlessly in a generic lance. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and was supplied with a One Touch test kit from my pharmacy. The OneTouch lancing device that came with my Glucose test kit was defective. I ordered a generic lance (Easy Touch) and these Pro-Comfort blood lancets from Bolo. Both work perfectly together. These blood lancets significantly cost less than the OneTouch lancets which are proprietary , so I'm hooked on these ProComfort lancets.

These lancets work well for blood glucose testing. The twist-top design makes it easy to load them into my lancing device, and the 30G size is comfortable and not too harsh on my skin. The pack has a good amount—310 lancets—which will last quite a while.So far, they’ve been reliable for daily use, and I’ve had no issues with them. I would recommend these if you need something simple and effective for testing.

These lancets do the job just fine. They fit in the pen that came with my glucose meter.You get a lot of them in the box.

My need for lancets is a bit different than most of the reviewers and indeed, most lancet users so that needs to be taken into account. I only use lancets occasionally, generally once or twice every 3-5 months. I donate blood regularly and like to monitor my hemoglobin levels so that it doesn't go too low and alerts me to when I need to supplement with iron.I have a home hemoglobin/hematocrit monitor that I purchased here on Bolo and it works well except that the lancet device does not prick deep enough to draw up enough blood to fill the capillary tubes that come with the device. I found that if I just use the lancets without the spring loaded device that I can create a larger prick and get enough blood to fill the collection capillary tube to run the test. I like that I can wiggle the needle around a little to create a larger prick. Keep in mind that I don't do this often and my technique would probably not be sustainable for diabetics or other that need to do daily testing.This box of lancets will probably last me for years and at a very reasonable price.
