I'm able to satisfy my clients with these sticks, actually getting deeper into the muscle tissue than I could with my hands. Clean-up is easy: just use any hand-sanitizing wipe. And if the surface should ever get a little rough, just grab some 200-220 grit sandpaper and sand down the rough spot.

The quality of these exceeded my expectations. They are lightweight, solid, and smooth, and just the right girth for holding comfortably in my hand. There are different lengths to choose from. They are definitely sturdy and will hold up well for professional use but are inexpensive enough to buy for home use. The bag they are stored in is a heavy duty cotton bag that is equally as durable. Definitely recommend!

This set comes with 5 bamboo massage sticks of different sizes. It also comes with a nice drawstring bag to store the sticks. The sticks themselves are smooth and light weight. I find that they work great on your legs if you are rolling them yourself, but it's better if you have a partner. With a partner you can get your back or the back of your legs. Because they are bamboo, and bamboo is a very hard wood, you can use light massage oil with them. You can also just do a dry massage, but the oil feels really nice. I've used them as a massaging tool that rolls over tissue, and I've used them as gua sha tools. That sort of massage is a light repetitive movement. You can look it up on YouTube for more information. The price seems to be reasonable for quality bamboo sticks considering I've seen one stick for $10. Overall, this is a nice addition to your massage tool collection.

Use your imagination as to what they could be used for.I have a long history of lower back pain. It's ridiculous. It's something I can't get away from. As a result, over the years I have looked for various means of relief. One of the things I've used to massage my lower back is my mother's dough roller. She's not a fan of me using her bread roller for this purpose, but she lets me do it because it brings me relief.Fast forward to when I see this set of bamboo massagers on Bolo. I recognize the largest one for what it is. It's the tool I have needed for years. I ordered the set, I used the bamboo massagers, and while it isn't as good as the bread roller, my mom's thrilled that I'm not using her cooking tools on my lower back anymore. I would be, too. So, five stars, right away, for that.The other sticks can be used on other parts of the body. There are two that are clearly meant to be used with one hand, so it's possible to roll them on both of your thighs at the same time, for example. There are two other two-handed sticks of different diameters that are more akin to the size and feel of drumsticks.All of these items can be held in the included burlap bag that's emblazoned with the company's name.This is a nice set of stuff. The sticks are smooth and won't hurt your skin and the bag could be useful in any number of projects. But, you know, they're bamboo sticks. Who would've thought that rolling a bamboo stick would feel so nice? I use these to massage my legs, calves, shoulders, and neck. They're smooth and don't splinter. I have not had any issues with breakage even after putting a decent amount of weight behind them. They help loosen up the muscles. I have thoroughly been enjoying these massage sticks. They give a different sensation to the motorized pulsing massagers.
