This is our first motorized scooter, and is only used intermittently. My husband recently had a kidney transplant and needed help getting around for some months. The scooter has worked very well for this.We are very impressed with the ease of assembly, how simple the operation is, and the versatility of the various parts. The speed level is perfect for us. Even after my husband is fully recovered, we will still be using it when we go on vacation, and we have a far walk - it will be much easier for him to use the scooter in such instances.If we were to search for a criticism, the only thing we would say is that we wish the seat could be raised up a little higher, maybe with one or two more notch settings. Other than that, our experience with your product has been amazing.

Did not work right out of the box. Keeps beeping 6 times in a row. Was very easy to put together. Bright ights. Will have to call manufacturer's. Manufacturers replaced original scooter. Seems to work fine. Only thing they only had black in color. No blue or red.

I purchased the scooter for my husband due to his inability to walk long distances. It will be used especially when we are traveling. I like the fact that the scooter is easy to use and maneuver, it has a long battery life & you can select the speed ranging from turtle speed to hare speed. The seat swivels & the armrests can be raised up so it allows anyone with mobility issues to sit and get up safely. It is well built and portable. The only downside I find with the scooter is that it is a bit too heavy for me to lift by myself and load in the trunk of the car. I'm a small person & not too strong so I get help loading it in the car. Great product and great price.

The media could not be loaded. This scooter is well made, strudy and easy to assemble. My 78 year old dad is very happy and loves zipping around on it.
