It’s no velveeta shells and cheese but Tastes ok. Pricey unless you buy in bulk.i buy 29 boxes at a time w bulk rates. They last for months! The flavor is fine. The box lists loads of fiber but I am not sure how. When I eat it it’s my full meal. A lot less than It sounds. Anyway, 50+ grams of fiber as the box says has no effect on me if you can read between the lines. So, with that said I’m confused how that is possible

This Mac and Cheese is absolutely delicious. I ordered this product two days ago and made it for dinner that night. I used olive oil instead of butter and regular 2% milk. I’ve tried tons of pasta and noodle alternatives and a HUGE issue with them is the texture, but this mac and cheese is PERFECT. Seriously so similar to kraft mac and cheese but has 1/3 of the calories and way more protein! I just mixed in salt and pepper and it was absolutely incredible. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy mac and cheese for fewer calories and more protein :)

I love this mac and cheese. The noodles are seriously good and you do not notice a difference with the lower calorie and high fiber content. The cheese flavor is super good too. A perfect change for Kraft. Downside for me was that the price is really high per box that it makes it hard for me to purchase.

I love this product!!! I have tried many "healthier" pasta alternative and this has been hands down the best tasting "healthier" pasta I have tried. I was expecting there to be a rough texture or weird after taste (considering the incredible amount of fiber) but it was surprisingly close to just regular pasta in both taste and texture ( I do boil the noodles an extra 2-3 minutes to make sure they are the right texture). It's also VERY filling which is helpful for someone like me who needs a lot of volume to feel full. I split each bag with my partner (1.5 servings each) and the amount of pasta you get fills a whole soup bowl! The only downside is that its a bit pricy- but I just ordered my second box of 6 because I love it so much :)

I noticed after eating this a few times that I was spending a lot of time in the bathroom with my stomach gurgling and cramping. There's more fiber in this than my GI tract can tolerate.

This is a great alternative if you like boxed mac & cheese. It will not be like craft mac & cheese, but but it satisfies my urge. It has lower calories and more fiber, which I need for the diet I’m on. I think it taste great.
