I use this for baking sourdough - I cover my surface and turn the dough out onto it; and I also dust the inside of my banneton baskets with it, as well as the top of my loaves before scoring. This is my second time purchasing in about 12 months - it will last you a while! And that's with me running a small home bakery. Great value for the price!

This rice flour is the best, however one of the bags was sliced open and leaking rice flour everywhere. Because of the damaged bag I'm only giving 4 stars. Otherwise great product!

This rice flour is ok and will work for recipies for gluten free bead making, but it a little more course than I expected. Also, it is not the "sweet" rice flour that you might use for making mochi.
