As far as I can tell, this is one of those identical products that has many different manufacturers, and the quality is probably all the same...so I would generally recommend just buying the least expensive option.As far as the product itself - I'm pleasantly surprised by how effective it relieves pain (at least for a short period). I don't think all the different attachments are necessary, but whatever. I wish I bought this sooner. It's nice to have any I may buy a second one to keep in another part of the house.My only complaint is powering it on and off. The speed setting always resets to 0 when you turn it off, so once you power it back on, you need to tap the speed up and click the button however many times to correspond with the desired speed. It would be nice if the speed setting stayed where you left it. I realize it's possible a more expensive model may do this <shrug>.

We bought this for our roadtrip and it worked wonderful! We used it all 14 hours and the battery lasted just as long. It hit all the sore spots and worked well!

This product clearly has LONGEVITY. I bought this product in 2022 and it’s still working perfectly. I have many patients who LIVE THIS and from my perspective, it’s THERAPEUTIC.I mainly is the round ball-like attachment and it has given MANY PATIENTS and myself relief from tight or spasmed muscles in my neck/upper back/lower back.The patients in my clinic give me a lot of POSITIVE FEEDBACK because it helps to ameliorate their spasms or tight muscles. Anything SAFE that RELIEVES PAIN is worth having on hand.I use a bag or plastic wrap with a rubber band for hygienic purposes. It’s not for everyone because there is some force to it. I have found that using this device before I utilize manual techniques helps me to work the problem areas out EASIER WITH BETTER RESULTS. It’s definitely not a soft and always comfortable way to treat your body, so be aware of that if you’re considering purchasing this item.Using it in my PT clinic has truly helped the people who it’s appropriate for, and has aided me to use deeper manual techniques AFTER TREATING THEM WITH THIS DEVICE!Id ABSOLUTELY recommend it, but you must be aware that the some attachments are not comfortable. The round ball attachment is mainly the one I use most frequently.I recommend this product highly. A++

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good price, and comes with a case. Also many attachment choices . If you need to use it for more than 15 minutes look elsewhere, it shuts off after about 12 13 minutes. Not sure why it's not hot I don't think it's overheating. It does provide a good massage for the 13 minutes. How long will it last ????

I bought this product because I frequently get restless leg syndrome. It's easy to set up, and has a number of options to customise your experience, such as the kneading direction, intensity and whether or not to include heat. As well as a cord for mains power, it also has a car (cigarette lighter) cord so you could use it in the car while travelling as a passenger on trips. It's so quiet, and shuts off after 15 minutes but you can re-start it if you need to. It made my legs feel really great and relaxed - I can't wait to try it on my feet next!

I would love to give it a lower score because my leg doesn't fit but it's 40 bucks so 5 star
