Update: the company reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement. Since I really did enjoy this product, I am waiting for that to arrive. They were very responsive about my issue! Hopefully better luck with the new one!I have had this for about seven months. I absolutely loved it! It seems to be helping with puffiness and wrinkles. However, in the past few days, the vibration part of it has stopped working. The lights still work, but without the vibration, the benefit is a lot more minimal - I probably will stop using it. I feel like this product should last longer than seven months. Disappointed in the quality

Have used it 4-5 times, with moisturiser, cold cream, raw milk, potato water. I have noticed it helps the product in getting absorbed into my skin. I have also noticed a brightness on my face, and a smoother forehead. The heat and vibration setting gives a relaxing effect, it has greatly helped in reducing the tired look from my face even on a Friday, so Happy with it.
