Can't believe it works. Make sure you detach it once the car starts. I use it to jump my Trailblazrt that I let sit too often. I used a w amp discharged battery at first. Barely cranked over. I then used a 5 amp Dewalt battery. It started right away. Love the price and the convenience of the pouch to store itMake sure your batteries are fully charged. My 2 amp battery fully charged starts my Trailblazer.

This jumper attachment is amazing. It beats carrying a heavy and expensive jump pack. You just pop a dewalt battery on and your ready to go. If you kill the battery, pop it off and throw another on. This is an amazing solution for jump starting needs. I have one issue, and its possibly a big one. If you constantly crank it, it will drain the battery out completely. Im not sure if it has low voltage protection, but it has drained my batteries down to the point that the battery level light doesn't light up at all. I use weatly dewalt batteries (off brand) for any non dewalt accessories like this, but either way just keep an eye on battery level. I wouldn't recommend taking it down to 0 charge. Mine recharged fine afterwards, but thats a big risk to take with the cost of batteries. Even with that one issue I still believe this is an amazing purchase.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I just used this for the 1st time to try and jump start my uncles car. It absolutely destroyed my 3ah dewalt battery. My battery was fully charged and only 3 months old and it absolutely wrecked the battery. Instantly as soon as my uncle turned the key it drained the battery so low the light wouldn't even come on the battery. Tried putting the battery on the charger and nothing, no hot cold delay no lights at all. I waited an hour tried again and now it does a really fast double blink. My charger doesn't even have a quick double blink on the key so I have no idea how it's even doing it. Maybey it would work if u used a very large 9ah or 12ah battery but who wants to gamble a battery that costs hundreds of dollars for a 20 dollar product. I'm pretty annoyed because I'm a maintenance man by trade and I use my dewalt battery's everyday so losing an almost brand new battery In an instant really sucks.
