The applicator bottle is sealed in a heavy protective plastic wrap and when peeling it off to open the product, if you are not careful, you will peel the entire label off like I started to do. The label and important information is not printed on the container but is part of the protective seal. Make sure when you open it to only peel the top half of the seal off.The AVCOO comes in an easy to apply roll-on bottle that prevents you from getting the cream on your hands. I noticed right away the strong smell given off by the product that initially smells really good. It takes me back to my childhood and smells exactly like some pink candy I used to love. Unfortunately, that good memory goes away as I became overwhelmed by how strong the smell is. I know the smell is part of the ingredients that help the product work so I'm not complaining, I'm just informing you in case you are bothered by strong smells.I am saving the best for last; the product actually works!! I have tried many pain relief ointments, even a $150 compound from the pharmacy, and my knee pain is so severe that it is rare if I get any relief from topical ointments. It does not take away 100% of the pain but it does provide me with some relief. I'm sure it will do wonders on other parts of my body with minor aches and pains. I am so pleased with how it works that I am not going to deduct any stars for the problem I had with peeling the label off.

I stay active getting in a lot of aerobics, and I roller skate so I am prone to hurting myself. I'm also to that lovely age where I occasionally 'sleep wrong'. I was interested to try this to compare it to the standard muscle rubs you get at the drugstore. Honestly I'd hoped it would work better than the standard and maybe smell a bit less, but it still smells super strong. It's that distinct menthol smell you probably don't want to wear out in public.That said it does work well to alleviate muscle soreness for a while. I feel like the 'hot' portion may actually be a bit hotter feeling than the standard rub, so that's good. So far I have tried it on an old foot injury that swells and causes pressure, it successfully calmed the pain overnight for me. It also worked well on my upper shoulders making it easier to get comfortable for sleep. I like the inclusion of arnica, I think that it might give this stuff an edge in effectiveness (but that's just my personal thoughts).The formulation is a bit on the thinner side, less lotion consistency. I think that helps it glide through the roller applicator better, and when it says don't squeeze the bottle when applying... yea, don't squeeze it. It's unnecessary and can make it glop, I tested it. I do really like the roll on as it keeps this stuff off my hands. In the past using similar stuff I found that trying to wash it off your hands after applying can be nearly impossible so I really like the hands free application, so much less messy.

I was hopeful this roll-on would help with my knee discomfort, but unfortunately, it didn’t provide any noticeable relief for me. I followed the instructions and gave it a fair try, but the cooling and warming sensations didn’t seem to make a difference in my case.That said, I do appreciate the mess-free roll-on design—it’s compact, easy to apply, and doesn't leave any residue on your hands. It might work better for others or for different types of pain, but personally, I didn’t get the results I was looking for.

I was hesitant that this product would love up to it's claim, but the four major ingredients used and at the high potency percentage, it actually is a mist have for the medicine cabinet.Now, everyone's will have different results based on their body type and type of pain or soreness. I also wouldn't expect a topical rolls on to fix anything, but for temporary pain or icy relief, this is as good as the icy blue label name brand that most people go to, at a much better price point.I personally like the menthol scent left behind and the fact it doesn't leave me greasy after it absorbs into my skin. It's also easy to put on select spots without having to cover a general area, as with creams.I highly recommend trying this product if you have used the icy blue name brand label, and liked it. You get plenty of product that will last months of normal use, at a much more reasonable price.

First ImpressionsVery strong spearmint smellAfter working in the yard all day, my back was very sore. I rolled this on my low back and waited. Nothing happened. Rolled it on my knee to see how much is was putting out, not much, but it is a white creamy texture that you can see.I rolled a few more times over a few hrs. I got nothing.The only thing I liked was the roll-on, making it mess free

I really wanted to love this. I have lots of chronic aches and pains that I need to use various creams and gels on for pain relief. I really dislike the mess and constant hand washing after applying, so this seemed like it would be the perfect solution. Unfortunately, it didn’t really live up to my hopes. The roll on applicator barely delivers the product, so you have to go over and over the same spot to feel like there is actually product on the skin. Then when it does deliver the product, it still needs to be rubbed in, so you still end up getting your hands involved. Finally, I did not really feel like I got any pain relief from it. There is a slight tingle, but no real sense that the product is actually working. I will say that is IS low odor, which is really nice, but overall a disappointment.
