The G5 actually does what the sellers say. It is a sturdy, responsive electric cart with a great "follow me" function. As other have stated, the sellers could improve the owner's assembly instructions, but its pretty easy to figure it out. The battery needs to charge for 8 hours (in my experience) before it will start and you need to jam the battery into its compartment pretty strongly, but otherwise, self explanatory. The remote control is very responsive and its has a small compartment on the top of the caddy for your phone, but otherwise I use my golf bag for storing other items and golf towels - the cart doesn't have a lot of storage - but it does have a phone holder accessory and umbrella holder. Anyway, I've used it for 3 rounds so far and it hasn't tipped over once.

Had mine since Fathers day 2025 and Love mine. Live in Salt Lake City Utah and we have rolling hills, tall grass, slopes and have NOT had any issues, roll overs or problems. Makes walking fun and can keep up with most anyone out there unless they are racing.

The seller was honest. That's important to me. Although I found the return/replace process for a broken part to be difficult, I think with a few kinks ironed out the experience would be better.The product itself was great. Followed me around the golf course. Did such a good job I named it, Skippy. Sadly one piece broke on my second round of golf, whether a design flaw or a manufacturing defect I don't know. Admittedly, I was hoping they would send me a new part or new machine and I'd send them back Skippy.Hopefully the next generation will be stronger, I will likely buy it.

I ordered this cart 5 months ago, when I had issues, the company responded very quickly and resolved the issues very quickly with instructional videos from their home base. They are very courteous, and the product is very good and is very sturdy. I recommend this company and cart on their customer service alone.

I found that the front legs started to lift off the ground on even low slopes, so i attached an 8 lb barbell to the front.That makes it 52 lbs, but still no problem at 82 years old. After trying it out twice for 6 holes in the evening, i took it outwith the guys for 18 holes. However, i thought that the remote had a battery like rangefinders , but it died on the 4th hole. The remote has to be charged with your own cord.. Yes, the manual is 2nd rate, but youtube videos help. It would be helpful if there was an option for battery assist with manual guiding , but i primarily use the follow mode which works well. The remote works well enough, but that depends upon user skill. Otherwise, i am happy with the purchase.

This trolley is very stable and well built with quality components. It has no problem with rough patches on the golf course and It handles slopes well both up and down. It is nice to not have to push or pull a cart. I also own a regular gas powered golf cart but I prefer walking to get the benefits of the excercise. I had a couple of questions after my purchase and the customer service response was very quick. I researched a great deal before I bought this trolley and I am glad I bought this one. I highly recommend it.

I recommend not buying this product. It’s made by a Chinese manufacturer, and once the product is sold, there’s no reliable way to get assistance or spare parts. Be careful before purchasing.

At first it was a 1 Star. Battery wouldn’t turn on. Customer Service was quick to respond. Needed to clean a burr off and battery fits perfect. It follows you perfectly. I had a MGI and this is less$ and a better built and designed product.
