Honestly, that gave me even more confidence in the product. It shows they make sure everything works before sending it out. The box had a small tear when it arrived, but the robot itself was in perfect condition.as for performance, its been amazing. The suction is powerful and picks up everything in the pool. The auto-docking feature is spot on and makes cleanup effortless. Its been running smoothly and hassle free since day one. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable pool cleaner.

I’m not done testing this yet, but I’m almost there. After 5 days of use, I can count on one finger how many times it almost finished cleaning the pool. The number of times it actually did finish? Zero.The dock is garbage. Half the time, it floats away from the wall, making it nearly impossible for the robot to dock. I’ve spent about two hours trying to get it to dock properly, but it has only managed to do so on its own twice.Last night, I set it to clean the walls. It did about 80% of them, then returned to the dock and stayed there all night. I woke up this morning and it had just 1% charge. This thing makes it back to the dock maybe 3% of the time—and charges 0% of the time.Maybe I’m doing something wrong, so I’ll keep working on it today. If it doesn’t get any better, it’s going back. I’ll update this later with my progress.UPDATE:Okay, I’m officially done testing this—and done with this product. It is absolutely not worth the price tag. The robot itself is a decent cleaner, but the battery dies quickly. Unless you're using it to clean a bathtub, it won’t finish the job before shutting off. And no, it has never returned to the dock on its own.In fact, it usually dies in the deep end, where it’s the hardest to fish out. Here's what the charging process actually looks like:If you’re lucky enough to connect to it and call it to the dock, it will head in that direction.It’ll get near the dock and try to climb the wall. After about five failed attempts, it gives up and sinks to the bottom.You grab the dumb hook they included—clearly because they know it won’t dock.You try to guide it onto the dock using the hook. Doesn’t work.You get down on your hands and knees, take it off the hook, and try to manually place it on the dock.Now your entire sleeve is soaked and you’re basically in the pool. You manage to connect the top of the robot, but the bottom is floating away. At this point, your phone probably fell into the pool. You switch the hook for the net and fish your phone out. Meanwhile, the robot—now at 5% battery—has floated away from the dock and is headed straight back to the deep end to die.You end up on a float in the middle of the deep end, holding a fishing pole, trying to retrieve a $1,700 anchor while wondering if the $2 you saved on summer electricity was really worth it.The short version:Changing the rating from a 2 to a 1 and I’m sending robot, hook and solar dock repeller back tomorrow.

Hands down the best pool cleaner I’ve owned. The 3D adsorption system traps everything from sand to small twigs, and the wall cleaning mode gets rid of that stubborn algae. Auto-docking when low on battery is genius, and the weekly schedule means I forget it’s even there—until I see how clean the pool is. Highly recommend!

Scheduled cleaning is a lifesaver! I set it to run every morning, and by the time I’m ready for a swim, the pool’s spotless. The 7 modes really make a difference—waterlines stay streak-free, and the 3D filtration catches even tiny debris. The automatic docking function is very convenient. When cleaning is needed, just lift the machine out at the charging pile by the pool. Worth every penny.

I wouldn't even give this 1 star. It cleaned half the pool and died. I had to grab it with a hook and restart. It would never run more than 10-15 minutes and NEVER returned to docking station. I tried to charge it manually via power pack and it would not charge and no longer turn on. Customer Service was useless and ghosted me. The app is useless as well. Im also having trouble with the wybott skimmer. It’s about to be returned as well. My brother bought the same skimmer and his just doesn't work. Avoid all products from this company.

This robot outperforms every other cleaner I’ve tried. The 3D adsorption system leaves no debris behind, and the strong suction pulls up even caked-on dirt from the floor. Solar charging cuts down on electricity bills, and the auto-start feature means I truly set it and forget it. Pool maintenance hasn’t been this easy ever.

It cleaned both the waterline and the pool floor really well. I also liked that it returned to the charging dock by itself. It's been really easy to use overall. What I especially liked is that it returned to the charging dock by itself once the cleaning was done. No chasing it around the pool, which is such a relief.Setup was simple, and using it has been completely hassle free. Just drop it in and let it do its thing. It’s quiet, efficient, and the battery life is great for my medium sized pool.

I purchased the S2 Solar "self docking/self charging" unit thinking it would be helpful, especially when away for extended times. So far I have not been able to get the unit to self dock/charge. I have had it operational for two weeks, and can only get it cleaning if I recharge it outside of the pool with the plug in power adapter off the 120V. I have tried to reach out to support but so far I have not had any luck getting anyone in tech support to help. It seems to clean well, but the solar charger option I paid extra for has not worked for me! Also the debris basket arrived with a defective door seal gasket. Trying to get a new one has not been successful for me!

Même si le carton avait quelques marques, tout était impeccable à l’intérieur! J’utilise le robot depuis peu et je vois déjà la différence. Je ne sais pas si c’est grâce à l’IA ou à la puissance, mais le résultat après un seul passage est super satisfaisant. Le panneau solaire et l’appli ca économise vachement de temps. Je recommande !
