I was looking for a robo-vacuum to help keep my space clean, especially considering how lazy I am.Setting up the vacuum was extremely easy. You just need to download the app and turn it on. They even provide QR codes for every step, so you don’t have to manually search for or enter any information.The app provides so much functionality. You can customize the cleaning experience for anything you could possibly want. This was extremely important to me since I have some rugs that I wouldn’t want to use the mop functionality on. The auto-mapping process works amazingly and it’s nice that you have additional capabilities to set up virtual barriers or zones right in the app. I’ve been able to set up some zones where I have carpet and others hardwood.The vacuum and mop are super efficient. It picks up everything off the floor and doesn’t leave any streaks. If you find that the suction isn’t enough, the app has the ability to increase the suction.It’s super easy to use and works well. I highly recommend this product.

I recently purchased the ECOVACS DEEBOT T80 OMNI, and it exceeded my expectations. The 18,000Pa suction power is incredibly strong—it picks up fine dust, crumbs, and pet hair effortlessly. I love that it vacuums and mops at the same time, saving me a lot of time and keeping my floors spotless. The smart navigation is accurate, avoids obstacles, and covers every corner of the house. The OMNI station is a game-changer—it washes and dries the mop pads automatically. This is truly a high-end robot vacuum that delivers excellent performance and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for deep cleaning with zero hassle.

The media could not be loaded. I have an older Ecovacs mop and vacuum to use on the main floor downstairs. However, I also need one for the upstairs floor but haven't invested one since it's a little pricy. Finally decided to upgrade to the newest Ecovac model and move the old one upstairs since it is not easy to vacuum and mop multiple times in a week.Compared to the old model I have, the new model is a bit smaller. It has a more rounded and sleeker look to it. The name and the light shown on the Ecovac is gold instead of just plain black like the old model. Set up is similar to the old system and very easy. Once plugged in, I had to pair it via Bluetooth and added to the app via wifi connection. There is also a voice command option where you can command the Ecovac to start mapping or clean or mop. The mapping of the floor is quick and takes just a few minutes.When I use it on the powerful suction and mop vacuum, it is just as loud as the old version. However, with the mop, it does not leave little drops of water behind. It seems to mop very well and leaves just a little dampness as with other mopping techniques. The lidar sensor is accurate and keeps the vacuum from hitting the walls or even the curtain. The vacuum also moves smoothly over uneven surfaces between the bathroom tiles and the wood floors.I have a dog and several female in this house who shed hair like no other. Our main floor is the only floor in the house that remains clean due to the Ecovac mop and vacuum. Hence, I had no hesitation upgrading to this newer model and use the prior version for upstairs. Now, I can keep both floors clean and free of pet and human hair. I run the vacuum every other day and mopping every 2-3 days. This keeps the floor in a spotless condition...even when I have several kids and a doggie running around all day spilling things. The prior model I had did not have a soap compartment for cleaning. I saw that this version has it and I love having that option since my kids spill things on the floor all the time! So far, I'm only using the Ecovac cleaning solution but I may looking into other alternatives.

Having two floors used to make cleaning a real challenge for me. I spent over an hour every other day vacuuming and mopping, and the constant bending and pushing started causing upper back pain. My doctor even advised me to avoid activities that put stress on my back, and cleaning was one of them. That’s when I decided to invest in the Robot vacuum and it’s made a huge difference in my daily life.Now, I simply take the whole setup upstairs to clean, then bring it downstairs when it’s time to tackle the main floor. The robot does all the work overnight while I sleep, and by morning, my floors are spotless. The strong suction and adaptive mopping get into every corner, and the self-emptying feature means I don’t have to worry about constantly emptying the dustbin. The hot water washing ensures the mop is clean for each session, and the obstacle avoidance keeps it from getting stuck. Even though it has that great obstacle avoidance function, I still take all the toys, pillows, etc. from the floor so the vacuum can do its job better.The key to making it work so well was taking the time to do a proper mapping of both floors. Once that was set up, the robot knew exactly where to go, and now it runs like clockwork. I no longer have to stress about my back pain or spending hours cleaning my house stays fresh with almost no effort from me. It’s been a worthwhile investment that’s made my life so much easier

What an upgrade!
Swapping out my old T50 for the X9 Pro Omni felt like trading in a tricycle for a Tesla. The first time I hit start I was half expecting the usual spinny dual mop pads to squeak and wobble their way through my living room, but instead the OZMO roller system glided over every inch, picking up dust bunnies and sticky spills in one go.You’ll notice right away how much power that 16,600Pa BLAST suction brings, you can practically see it yanking crumbs from the grout. And because it’s self cleaning the dirty tank onboard never turns into that funky swamp you dread emptying. Just dock at the Omni station and you’re hands free until you remember to dump out the bin, which, by the way, could be a little bigger, mine fills up faster than I’d like on big cleaning days.Beyond that the AI Smart Navigation maps my place in a snap and automatically steers clear of kids’ toys like Lego pieces and other obstacles without needing to redraw virtual walls five times. It’s weird how something so technical still feels effortless, you just open the app, tap what room you’re worried about, and let it handle the rest. The roller mop makes the floor feel smoother than after my old spin pads and I’ve found myself wandering into the kitchen just to marvel at how shiny things look.That said the unit does hum a bit louder when it cranks up suction though I’ve gotten used to that drone by the second run. A couple times the app took a beat to connect but once it’s online you can schedule cleanings, check the tank level, or even watch live footage if you link a camera. Beyond the basics I’ve grown fond of the tidy status alerts and the way it tracks multiple cleaning routines, you’re never left wondering if last night’s mop session actually happened.All told this upgrade doesn’t just clean better, it almost feels like having a mini cleaning crew at your beck and call, minus the awkward small talk.

I’ve used several robot vacuums in the past, but the ECOVACS DEEBOT T30C is by far the best one I’ve owned. The 20,000Pa suction is incredibly powerful — it easily picks up dust, crumbs, pet hair, and more, even from carpets. What really sets it apart is the TruEdge adaptive edge mopping — it actually cleans right up against baseboards and corners, which most robots miss.The ZeroTangle 2.0 brush works wonders if you have long hair or pets — no more annoying hair wrapping around the brush. One of my favorite features is the hot water mop washing, which keeps the mop pad hygienic and smelling fresh without any manual effort.The self-emptying station is super convenient, and the auto-lift mopping means I don’t have to worry about wetting rugs or carpets. It also navigates around obstacles very intelligently — I haven’t had to rescue it even once!Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a truly advanced robot vacuum and mop combo. Defective unit
I seemed to have received a defective unit. Tried everything, but it will only mop with no water even when the tank is full.
Overpriced, poorly performing not worth it
I've used this for a little over a month now on a 2 floor around 2200 FT² total. It takes around 5h30 per floor, including around 1h of charging time during the mopping.I would buy something else. I got this during the prime sale for about 600$ less and even I that price, I would say it's absolutely not worth it. I didn't upgrade from something else, this was my first vacuum/mop combo and I have to say I'm thoroughly disappointed.Vaccum works fine in straight line but if it turns a corner, it will leave stuff under it, not in the corner just where it turned. Even with vacuum suction at max.For the mopping, it doesn't really wash anything it just wet the floor and leave streaks everywhere as well as small water puddle randomly. If your floor isn't clean before you mop, it won't clean it really wellThere's 3 modes. Vacuum only, Vaccum and mop and Vaccum entirely and then mop. The vacuum mop mode is such a mess as it will drag wet dirt everywhere and the spinning brush end up completely soaked, leaving extra streaks. I have to go back and manually clean some spot where it "dropped" wet cat hair streaks at least once per rooms.The app is also pretty unintuitive very fiddly to work with and unless you've got tiny fingers, you'll never be able to be accurate making changes in it, it just doesn't work with a stylus either.I feel like the hardware isn't bad but I'm running a pre-beta version or something.Also it doesn't come with any kind of washing fluid and if you can even find the one sold by them, it's stupid expensive.Object avoidance is ok but it avoid it quite large even with proper settings, it didn't try to jump down the unprotected stairs.The washing/drying of the wet mop takes for ever, about 2h of constant noise.It does a great job on thin carpet but can't handle anything thicker than a few paper sheet thick.Very disappointed with my purchase, I hope there will be some software upgrade because right now, this thing doesn't do what it's supposed to do really well.EDIT: After watching more reviews, no one seems to have the same kind of issue I had so I went ahead and opened the thing and it was completely jammed pack with dirt to the point that is was hard to clean the entire thing. I'm not sure what is the cause because there was no large debris but the onboard dirt container was jammed hard. I haven't re-tested it yet but I assume it will help. I will update after next usage in a few days.
