There are times when it just doesn't make sense to haul around an enormous blanket but the weight is such a huge part of grounding. Problem solved! The weight distributes really well across both the front and back, you can feel it but you don't feel dragged down as if it's difficult to move. I was even able to lay back and find it quite comfortable as the weights provide support being sewn in rather than removable bars.Easy to fit over the head and simple to clip into place with plenty of space for adjustment if you need it. Honestly, not a single complaint. I live where it's hot and humid and didn't find the need to take it off because of feeling stuffy. It's also nice for gentle stretches as, at least on the lower weight that I chose, it gently brings down the collar bone for you.People will definitely know if it's on, but I wanted it for at home use and it's perfect for that!

The POLYFIT WEIGHTED VEST is just about the neatest wearable exercise item I have ever tried. It was hard at first to use due the extra weight but after a few days and many walks with the dogs I feel better than ever. My legs are starting to show some definition, and my waist is getting thinner. I really can't say enough about how much fun it is to use. I know we are supposed to do so much walking per day to keep our heart healthy. Just walking without any extra attire is fun but walking with the vest is wonderful. The manufacturing is very well done with strong threading and very good pockets to hold the weights. I use it every day now and don't even feel the weight. When I walk without the weights I feel like I might be on the moon because I feel so light on, my feet. This is definitely a must have if you want to stay healthy and get some exercise without all the expensive equipment.

I've been wanting to add a little extra challenge to my walks and hikes, and this weighted vest is perfect. I got the 15lb one, and it feels really secure when I wear it. It doesn't bounce around, which is something I was worried about. The material is breathable, so I don't feel overheated, even on longer walks. It's definitely helping me feel like I'm getting more out of my exercise routine.

This weighted vest is awesome for adding intensity to workouts and fits well around the shoulders. But it’s not the best design for women—the chest area feels awkward and tight. Still a solid quality vest if that doesn’t bother you.

Great vest. Great quality with good heavyweight materials and good construction. The vest fits well and the straps and buckles are long enough to fit a variety of people. The weight (Iron sand) is actually sewed into the vest very tightly and doesn't shift during use. Although the vest is quite solid, it still maintains good flexibility while wearing. I experienced little to no restrictions during movement.I used this to add a little bit of weight during a workout or two and it works very well. Amazing how 15 lbs can change the total effectiveness of a daily routing. The outside of the vest appears to be of a heavy-duty canvas type material while the inside is constructed of a softer microfiber type material. A small bit of reinforcement/padding has been added to the inside of the shoulder.I expect this vest to last quite a while as the stitching and overall construction is very good with a heavy duty feel to it. The only complaint I see is the way the reflective tape is tack sewn on the back. Seems like a good place to get snagged and/or ripped off. But other than that, seems worth every penny.

I loved wearing this weighted vest around the house while doing chores the day it arrived. It stayed perfectly in place the whole time without shifting or bouncing around, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The extra cushioning on the shoulders and thick fabric make it surprisingly comfortable to wear for extended periods, even when moving around a lot.The weight distribution is excellent—it feels balanced across my torso and doesn’t strain any one area, which makes a big difference during longer wear. Whether I’m vacuuming, lifting laundry baskets, or just walking around, the functionality of this vest really stands out. It doesn’t get in the way or feel bulky, which I appreciate.The buckles feel super sturdy and make it quick and easy to put on and take off. I’m on the smaller side and had no trouble tightening it enough so it fit snugly without flapping around. My husband, who’s much broader than I am, also gave it a thumbs up—he said he’d be happy to wear a heavier version of this same vest to train for backcountry hunting season.It is a bit pricey, but with the quality and thoughtful design, I really can’t complain. It’s clearly built to last.

The built quality is what you would expect from this brand, very good. The weight distribution is excellent, it is spread so evenly that it does not give a weird hot spot on your shoulders. It is true to size, mine fit me well and even if it didnt initially, it has plenty of adjustment. Very comfy way to increase your leg or upper body strength.
