I trusted this purchase due to previous satisfaction with a similar product. However, after set up, upon trying to log into an account, an audible and visual warning popped up and gave a " Microsoft security" phone number. Upon following their instructions, I now have lost all logins, and recovery contacts, including Roku channels, Google and Microsoft accounts, and other apps.The seller was listed as PCM, out of Delaware, USA.Bolo has refused to address the issue. Do NOT buy anything that is a 3rd party seller.

I like the computer but somehow it seems slow. Slow to load, the internet is slow, download slow... am I doing something wrong? I don't want to return it, but right now, I'm not a fan of the speed.

Even though my computer was not bought fro. here, it is the same model. This computer worked great, but occasionally the screen would start to glitch out, and I would have no choice but to hard shut it down. I have no idea what could of caused this. I'm not sure if this has happened to other people, but it's quite unusual.
