I read the instructions and cooked the pizza as directed. The pizza came out great. Now I just have to practice making pizza crusts that look good. With practice I will succeed.

I like the fact that there is a timer with a ding and I can control the temperature and see it visually what it is so that I can do some creative things with this. It is recommended to thaw the frozen pizza to get a crispier crust which you can w the pizza stone which also keeps food warm longer and can easily lift out. I have also made my own from scratch. This cooks the pizza faster than the cheaper modles that don't have any of these features. To cook other dishes I put a pan on top of the stone and cook in it but you have to make sure you don't get ANYTHING on the upper element. I think I did that once in a toaster oven and I lost the element. I wonder if you can replace an element on this or if you have to throw it away? The cheaper models without all these features, we go through one or two of them a year. I am hoping this one lasts, Like the tools that it comes with also!. I think it would be interesting for them to design an alternative to the stone, making a drop in round pan for different other dishes and to make a recipee book with it for that, until such time we just place a pan on top. We made brownies in it , could do quiche also and heat up fries with the pizza.....and some falaffel balls all at the same time with two slices. If I had a larger kitchen I would appreciate a larger size. I also appreciated that it is 1200 watts which is good for anyone who has a 15 amp breaker on that circuit basically. Now we upgraded to 20 amp, but I like that I could have some left in the electrical diet for another appliance. Sure you can run a high load but for longer cooking it heats up the plastic on the electrical wires which isn't great long term if u know what I mean! Happy Cooking!

We used the oven at our annual family Christmas gathering. We created our own pizzas with a variety of toppings. The oven cooked pizza quickly at a high temperature which was imperative with several pizzas to cook. Since this was our first time using the oven, setup took a little longer than expected. Next time will be much easier and quicker. We did cook outside because I was a little concerned about smoke which was not an issue. Our biggest challenge was finding the best “tool” on which to create pizzas. Only one wooden “sliding” plate comes with the oven which was not sufficient for so many pizzas. We used the back side of a cookie sheet with flour and the dough still stuck. This will improve with experience. The pizza was delicious!

During the summer, we enjoy cooking pizzas on a stone in our grill, so we were looking for something to use indoors, during the winter. Decided to buy one of these style of pizza ovens and honestly, I'm upset we didn't get one sooner! This little guy is fantastic! Heats great and is nice and even on both sides. The accessories that this unit comes with is really cool as well. I was worried that the size was going to he too small but it's not. Perfect for our family of 4. Our kids love being able to make their own "personal" pizzas and they cook up quickly. Very happy with this purchase. Would definitely recommend!

The oven did not come with instructions. On first try, the pizza came out soggy. Looked for a you tube video to see the correct way to use it, and it turned out we were not using it properly. Have to set the bottom and top temperature control for the highest level, and once it reaches that level, put in the pizza. It doesn't need to be cooked for 10-12 minutes (if you are using a prepared pizza crust), five or six minutes will do. It is easier than trying to cook a pizza in the oven, but instructions should be included. It works well when used correctly.
