Great workout Bar
Excellent machine easy enough to put together. Very adjustable and holds well. Light weight but durable and strong. This foldable pull-up station has been a fantastic addition to my home workout setup. What I love most is how space-efficient it is—when I’m not using it, I can easily fold it up and tuck it away without it taking over the room. support muscle ups, pull ups and dips. I have had this power tower for weeks now and tonight was the first time I got to really get in a good workout on it.

Just such a fantastic piece of home gym equipment. It's especially great for small spaces like apartments. It folds up against a wall in seconds. And can be shortened even more and put in a closet in a few minutes. It's sturdy (I've used it for weighted pullups of a little over 200 pounds when you add the weight plus my body weight). My only complaint is that the dip bars are a little wide, so they're uncomfortable on my shoulders, but what I've done to work around that is hang gymnastics rings on the pull up bar and do dips that way. (the wide dip bars is why I deducted a star) when it comes to the value for money of this thing, it really is hard to beat. There are other similar products to this, but the real reason I went with this one specifically is that it's smaller, lighter and more portable (so I can easily move it outside for outdoor workouts and then bring it back inside with little effort, which is so nice. Those outdoor workouts are so enjoyable) and folds into a smaller form factor for storage than the other similar products. And for those reasons it's really hard to beat.
