Just started using these. Instructions are easy to read and figure out. I really like using them, they are rated for difficulty and show what muscles your exercising.

Gives a beginner and advance workout options and a plan for full body or peachy gluts. You can also use the cards in a game it suggests. The cards are durable as by 1 year old likes to place with them but the ring to hold them, not so much. I do wish they would list ways to adapt the exercise for those that struggle as I feel disappointment in my self for having to use a chair when doing the lunges or not turning as much.

These exercise cards are easy to use with understandable visuals. I can flip through and pick the exercises I want to do. Sometimes I do not have enough time to do a full workout so I like to pick and choose a few for each part of my body. This format makes it easy. Ease of use:It's very easy to understand.Organization:The exercise cards are organized according to arms abs legs etc.Value for money:I feel this is a good value for my money. It is exactly as described and expected.
