They do seem a little thin and cheap though. Overall they do work. They fit as described. They allow me to use my ADC stethoscope with no issues. The price for this 6 piece set is good. Overall, I would recommend these if you like thin earpieces. The fit and function is exactly as described.

The Good:* They fit my MDF Acoustica Lightweight just fine (more under Meh)* Block as much sound as the original* Are as comfortable as the original* White (although less translucent and more towards opaque) to match the original* Easy to install* Pretty average price ($7.99 for 6 ear pieces at time of review...not 6 pairs) a little lower than most, a bit more expensive than a fewThe Meh:* These aren't "SafetyLock" ear pieces, so they are easier to remove and might be more likely to come off on their own. Time will tell and I'll update if they doThe Bad:* Nothing so farThe Verdict:Definitely recommend if you have a brand that doesn't provide lifetime replacements (MDF does, but I figured it's always good to have spares on hand. Not a bad price at all, and while I can't promise a fit on other brands, it fit my MDF just fine.
