5.0 out of 5 stars affordable and useful
Works well, simple to use. A good treadmill and it is not so large it obstructs the house.Moveable as well, after a few minutes I am breathing hard, but not outside in extreme weather. I'd buy again.
5.0 out of 5 stars The Perfect Way To Add Movement To Your Day Without Worry!
Exactly how it looks in the videos and is perfect for anyone looking to add movement to their day. I'm a stay at home mom that homeschools so I found myself sitting A LOT. This has helped me make the time to get steps in while doing homeschool, or while my baby is taking her nap, I'm able to still get in a mile or two without the stress of babysitters or anything like that. It also has wheels so it's easy to move, light enough to carry without strain, and tracks all the important stuff like your speed, distance, calories, and time AND can be adjusted to an incline if you want to add intensity. I was worried it would break easily or not be able to go that fast but it goes fast enough for you to speed walk or do a light jog which is perfect for just adding movement to the day. Great quality, easy to use, and I highly recommend!
4.0 out of 5 stars Great treadmill - needs longer power cord
Great walking pad! It worked right out of the box, no fuss. The remote is really straightforward and I like that it attaches magnetically to the side. The time and distance counter on the screen is really convenient! Priced reasonably for what it is.4 stars only because the power cord is NOT long enough. 5-6ft at most? If it were 10ft that would be a perfect sweet spot, but it has to be very close to an outlet which is annoying when considering placement. I have it plugged into a UPS but those don't have long cords either, and I would not feel comfortable using an extension cord on something like this.I am 5ft tall so the length and width of the tread is perfect for me. But I can easily see how this would feel cramped for someone taller. That said, running on it would be a bad idea - it is not long enough for that even if you are short. I get up to a power walk pace and feel comfortable.
5.0 out of 5 stars The Abnow Customer Service Team is Execelent
This five star review is more about the Abnow Customer Service Team than the treadmill itself. I received the treadmill and immediately started using it. The things that I really like about the treadmill is it's size, it's easy to move and to store when not in use, it runs pretty quite, and was ready to go right out of the box. I use a walking treadmill under my desk while working, and after a month of using this one, the motor starting making a bad grinding sound. I've seen that some others have had a similar issue, but based on the majority of the reviews, this seemed to more of an anomaly than the norm. Anyway, per the manual, the treadmill came with a one year warranty, so I reached out to the Abnow Customer Service Team, and their customer support was excellent. They were quick to respond, and after a couple interactions, they offered to replace the treadmill or to give me a refund. There was absolutely no hassle working with them. If you're looking for a walking pad, and you are planning on walking a hour or less a day, I'd recommend picking up the Abonow Walking Pad.
5.0 out of 5 stars Walking pad
UPDATE 12/28/25: After an elective surgery a few months ago, I took some time off for recovery (and possibly some laziness). When I got back at it at the beginning of December, the one big con I finally noticed about this model is that if you don’t have the remote you can’t turn it on (for clarity, you can physically turn the machine on but you can’t make the belt move). I had a bit of a panic moment when I thought the remote was lost, but turns out it was buried underneath a pile of papers. The remote does magnetically stick to the machine, this functionality works well but I have small children who hide everything so I have to leave it on a higher shelf.A couple other things to note- the speed on this machine is nowhere near the same as the speed on the treadmill at my gym. Walking at 3mph on a treadmill is significantly faster than 3mph on this walking pad. I had it up past 4mph for the first time today and you still get a very brisk walk but the speed is not comparable. That brings me to my next point. As today was the first time I was walking over 4mph (I’m usually at my desk but today I brought it into the living room), my belt occasionally hangs ever so slightly at the higher speed. About every 20-30 steps the belt would hang for a half second then resume as normal. It’s weird when it happens. I walked at the higher speed for 1.5 hours today (pushing to meet my December Garmin goals!), then dropped it back down to 3.5mph and it ceased doing it, so I guess it’s why I didn’t notice previously (I’m usually at speeds between 3-3.7mph while I’m working). Overall none of this will detract from my original 5 star rating, just don’t lose the remote!!!ORIGINAL REVIEWThis walking pad is a great addition to my home office set up. I work from home 2 days per week and can't always make it outside for a walk. I was hesitant to purchase a walking pad, because I didn't think it would be possible to type and walk at the same time, but it turns out to be surprisingly easy. The ability to type emails or take meeting notes is not inhibited by a steady walking bob. I am an accountant (always in Excel), and selecting or highlighting certain cells is sometimes difficult if the screen is too small, but that is easy to work around. I generally spend at least 2 hours walking in the morning. If I am in meetings, walking at about 3mph is good to still be able to talk and type. If I am not in meetings and performing normal tasks, I'll walk at around 3.5mph or slightly more. The walking pad has stands on the bottom you can push down to give it a small incline. I do not use the incline currently, so I am unable to comment on that feature. I did however purchase the walking pad with the handle, and this I feel is a bit of a waste (but the price differential between the 2 models was negligent at the time of my purchase). Each side of the handle needs to be hand-spun with an allen wrench each time you want to put it up or down, this is very inconvenient to have to be on the floor trying to line up an allen wrench in a slot you cannot see into. The handle is also not nearly as tall as it looks in the cover photo, making the little platform that holds your phone useless. As I only use this walking pad under my stand-up desk, not having the handle or phone holder is a non-issue and does not detract from my rating. The walking pad weighs about 40lbs. It is still easy enough to move around from room to room (and has wheels on the front), or if I'm moving it out of the way to lower my desk back to sitting height (we actually use the handle to push or pull it into place since the room is carpeted, so I guess the handle isn't completely useless). It is a much slimmer profile that a full-sized treadmill (and costs significantly less) and can stand up or slide under furniture if trying to get it out of the way. With this model, you also do not run the risk of it becoming a clothing rack.I have been using this walking pad twice per week since June 1, and then 5 days per week during the month of August (with each day having at least 2 hours of use). I've experienced no issues thus far, it continues to work as it did the day we took it out of the box.The journey to a healthier you starts with going for a walk! Invest in yourself, it is worth it!
5.0 out of 5 stars Netflix and Steps made easy!!
I was looking for something that would allow me to reach my step goals while I watched TV LOL. This is the best! It comes out of the package ready to use. It’s has wheels on it roll it. It’s not super light weight, but definitely manageable. Perfect length for walking. I’d imagine running on it would be difficult. The remote is easy to use and no battery necessary. It only works with the remote so don’t lose that! Seems really durable as well. It’s not the quietest walking pad but it gets the job done and I love it. Comes with lubricant to lengthen its lifespan. 10/10 for what I wanted it for. Price can’t be beat either!!
