Great bench
Trying to get back into shape and this weight bench has all the features I was looking for to get a full workout. It was easy to assemble, looks great, and feels very strong and stable. For the price, it’s a great bench.
After first use very impressed
Wasn’t sure the quality I’d get for this price. Just put together and am very impressed. Agree the instructions are definitely bare bones but I took my time and am handy in general so no major issue for me. It’s surprisingly sturdy. I am low 200s and 5’10” and it feels great to me. It also works well as a preacher pad which was one of the main reasons I purchased.
Defected
Other than this being visibly bent and broken I would’ve loved it. It’s very sturdy and nice but as I was almost done assembling it, the hip pad bolts weren’t bolting in and I was disappointed to say the least… I do not want to disassemble and send it back but there’s absolutely no possible use for this without the hip pads 🤦🏻♀️🫠
Just what I needed.
This product is very well made and stable. Set up was extremely simple. I put it together in less than 30 minutes. This product is multi-functional and offers a variety of ways to exercise. I got it mostly to strengthen my back, but the I’m also using it for sideways sit-ups, regular sit-ups, and push ups. For each of these, I’ve have no problems adjusting the product for my height (5-08) and comfort. Padding is comfortable as well. Overall, this is a great piece of equipment and a super value!
Small part missing
Seems to be good quality, sturdy, easy to assemble but one lock nut was missing so I had to get one from the hardware store.
Use your own wrenches to make sure everything is tight.
Seems like a good product. It is a very solid and stable unit for under 100 bucks.
Great addition to my home gym!
Easy to put together, feels very sturdy, looks great. Mainly got this for glute-focused hyperextensions. Very excited!

Eh it’ll do the trick, but it’s seems very poorly made and like mentioned by another reviewer, the dip bar is a joke. This is only barely appropriate for back extensions and Definitely not what you get at a commercial gym. Not as stable or comfortable but you get what you pay for I guess.

Great bench
