I’ve tortured every type of cleaner under the sun, so it’s rare for something to surprise me.This cleanser did. The scent is light and spa-like, with the end result being a great sensory experience and fresh, clean skin that hasn’t been stripped off its natural moisture.You honestly can’t go wrong with Arencia, but this cleanser is a stand out even among this stellar product line.

This is my second buy from the brand and I really like it. It feels like it exfoliates, but not too harshly. It smells herbal and clean, which I love. My daughter recently started to use it and also likes how it cleanses deeply without leaving your skin feeling tight and dry.

Very clean feeling. Has miniature exfoliating granules that really work well to take off makeup and grime. A little goes a long way, just a drop of cleanser foams up into enough for your face and neck. I have oily skin and it’s the right amount of hydration to cycle it with another cleanser.

This has some fantastic ingredients including cocoa extract, panthenol, salicylic acid, apricot oil, bakuchiol, and green tea (and that's not everything!). It has one potential irritant and that's rosemary oil, but I've never had an issue with this ingredient and it can have benefits too. Especially as this is a wash-off product, I'm not too concerned. The formula is full of hydrating ingredients as well as salicylic acid. While my skin is resilient and doesn't get irritated and this didn't strip my skin or leave it feeling squeaky clean (not a good thing), it MIGHT be too much for sensitive skin. However, the ingredients, especially the salicylic acid, lend themselves well for acne-prone or blemished skin. I love salicylic acid in my cleanser, so I'm pleased!I was curious about the consistency, especially as it's called a rice cake kind of cleanser, and I can see it! The opening for the tube is HUGE and even then, it's a bit of an effort to push the cleanser out. I'm not sure a tube is the best packaging for this, but it IS more hygienic so I get it. A little REALLY goes a long way and this stuff foams gorgeously though. I absolutely love the way it feels on my skin!

I have no regrets! I didn’t expect to love this cleanser so much. It has a subtle scent, makes my face super soft, keeps them hydrated all day. It actually feels like my pores have gotten much cleaner! Always loved Arencia's cleansers

a cleanser that throughly exfoliates and leaves my skin feeling fresh and soft. as someone with acne prone & sensitive skin i tend to use a more soothing cleanser for most days to avoid over-exfoliating.

The media could not be loaded. I've tried several facial cleansers before this Rice Cake Cleanser by Arencia, ranging from more affordable options to higher-end products, but none of them impressed me. Typically, I double cleanse whenever I apply sunscreen and makeup to ensure my skin is truly clean. An existing green tea cleanser I own and have almost used up is very drying—it's like using Dial antibacterial soap on your face, stripping away all moisture and hydration, making it feel like a whole week's worth of skincare efforts went down the drain.That said, Arencia does an excellent job of cleaning my face while being gentle and not sucking the life out of my skin. It’s gentle enough as a daily cleanser ✨ I didn't experience any sensitivity or reactions from using this cleanser. My husband has more skin sensitivities, and I asked him to try it. He hesitantly did, and it did not make his skin flare up at all.This cleanser is very thick, and I can foresee squeezing it out of the tube becoming a bit more difficult as I need more product. The opening is bigger than other products, probably due to the density of the cleanser. However, you really don't need a lot; I only take a tiny bit of the cleanser, add a bit of water, and lather it on my hands before applying it to my face. It's not abrasive at all if you follow the instructions and lather it on your hands first instead of applying the product directly to your face. There is a slight herbal/rosemary scent when you smell it directly, but it's not strong or bothersome.I used this cleanser on its own and then went over my face with a cotton pad with micellar water, and there was no residue of any makeup. It's a great cleanser sold at a decently affordable price, and 150ml is a lot of product compared to my other ones, so it will last quite a while. It's fairly cheap and does a better job than some higher-end brands. Plus, if you double cleanse, you probably won't need to with this product.This Arencia cleanser will be in rotation for me, and I likely won't repurchase some of my other cleansers when I use them up. This one has definitely earned its place on the counter, and I really hope it will never be discontinued!
