I take this herb for Natural Boosting Testosterone purposes and it’s working like Rolex!I started with 1/2 teaspoons in my coffee with breakfast, keyword (must be taking with meal) then up it to Teaspoons with breakfast/lunch and Dinner. Start with lower doses in beginning then work yourself up just like any Herbs. This is now part of my Sports Herbalism, 4 weeks on 2 weeks off in my case. It’s 100% legit Herbal product.

I really liked how this bottle came packaged to ensure safe delivery. The instructions are confusing, though. Online and on the carton it says to take one squeeze (which is a fairly concerning unit of measurement) and the bottle says 2 full squeezes. I started with one and am glad I didn't do more. I wasn't sure what to expect from this dark elixir, but I was fairly sure I wouldn't want to taste it. The directions said to mix with water or milk, so I figured it could be blended into a cup of milk tea. I regretted it pretty quickly. The tea was not able to mask the odd taste and it basically ruined a perfectly good cuppa. I drank most of it before deciding to toss the rest. I haven't been able to shake the aftertaste. I think the resin coated my entire mouth and throat. I could possibly put up with this unpleasantness, but there is something about this product my body simply does not like. My stomach is threatening to evacuate and even weirder my face feels both prickly and slightly numb, especiallyaround my lips. I've only had the hot/prickly feeling once before after consuming extremely peppery beef jerky. That was accompanied by a rash, though, and there are no physical marks on my face, it just feels like there should be. The partial numbness effect I have only ever felt after consuming slightly too much alcohol. I have always considered that feeling a gentle reminder to quit drinking before becoming drunk, but I haven't had a drink in over a week so my body is feeling very confused by my random numb lips.I know supplements don't typically yield results immediately, but I took this product for energy and it made me feel so off I just wanted to lie down and take a nap. Obviously, I will not personally be continuing use of this product. I do tend to have some weird sensitivities so I doubt my experience using this is a common reaction, but it is a possibility so if you decide to try this maybe start with a smaller dose just in case before consuming a full pump.
