Pros:• Large size - this can hold a large number pills, including the dinosaur eggs used for many supplements.• Solidly built - this thing is a tank, and a welcome contrast to the plastic Cracker Jack toys most things like pill holders have become these days.Cons:• Large size - OK, I know I listed this as a "Pro", but it's not easy to lug this thing around. I'm a guy and don't carry around a purse, but unless you have a Mary Poppins purse this won't fit easily in a bag without taking up a lot of space. Maybe if there was a second lid to keep the other six days at home while toting the current day's meds along with you this wouldn't be an issue, but I don't want to leave a filled medication-filled case anywhere without a lid.• Not particularly handy - I have daily plastic pill-holders with four compartments (for taking meds a given times of the day) I've used for years and they pop open and closed super easily. This takes a long time to unscrew the section you want then dole out which pills you're taking then screw it back together. I know - champagne problems. Still, it's nice to be able to robotically take a medication at a given time without any effort involved.Other:• I've taken powdered supplements like potassium and magnesium in the past and imagine this would be a great way to dole out a day's worth in each canister and leave handy in the medicine cabinet for daily use. It also does well for holding the bigger tablets (like fish oil or daily multivitamins) and gummies.• After trying this out for a week or so I don't plan to use these for medicines/vitamins, but I do woodworking and have found this to be a great tool for storing the small screws I use to attach D-ring picture hangers, and other similar small parts. It's super solid and small enough to tote around for a small project yet big enough to find it when I hang it on a hook in the garage.• The cost is high-ish (but not ridiculous) compared to other daily pill holders, but if you feel this style works for you its quality makes it very worth the cost. At the time I wrote this it was about $19 with a $4 off coupon, which is more than fair given how well-built it is.So thanks for having taken the large amount of time it took to read this essay, and hopefully it's given you a chance to decide whether this works well for you or not.

I was so disappointed with this pill box set. It looked so nice, and I loved the color. BUT, when I first took the pill box apart to fill it up, it made this awful noise like someone was scraping their nails on a chalk board. At first, I just figured it was because it was new and would stop once I took it apart and put it back together a few times. But, nope .. it just kept making that same noise over and over. I'll stick to my quieter pill boxes.

This metal pill container is actually pretty great. One of the biggest problems with needing to take a bunch of pills daily is that you can either take all the bottles or carry around a big pill organizer. This solves that problem since it is modular, you can unscrew any of the days and screw them back together with only the days you need. It also is sized rather small, and compact so you can stick it in someplace in your bag or luggage easily.The metal design also makes sure that it doesn't crack or break in a bag, and keeps you from losing your pills. Which has happened with plastic pill boxes I have used in the past.The color is also nice, and I'm a fan of the overall design.

This OUVBTX Metal Travel Pill Organizer is made of aluminum alloy and is waterproof. It is sleek, modern-looking, and serves a purpose as well. It has a nice handle on top. Each compartment unscrews and opens up to store pills inside. The compartments are large and will hold many pills and supplements. You can also only take one day or two or three or whatever you need and leave the other empty compartments at home. It's lightweight and will fit easily in a purse, backpack, or suitcase. It can also be used for jewelry rather than pills. This is sturdy and handy to have.

I have to start with the looks. The organizer looks amazingly attractive and metal construction is very solid. It can work as a pill holder and every compartment has a little rubber gasket to keep it water and moisture proof. So, why is it not 5 stars? Well, the organizer is heavy. It is not convenient or fast to open little compartment. There are a lot of twisting is going on. Some compartments are somehow off and leave a gap-it does not interfere with the function, but noticeable and I always want to fix it, but cannot lol some compartments have very small nicks on top of the lip. One can wonder if the nicks happen during the use and if little parts of the metal and paint fall inside of the containers-that's a biggest issues for me. So, it is one of those things I really want to use, but for all of the reasons above I will have to pass.

This pill organizer has nice build quality. It is made out of metal and screws together and apart perfectly. I like that the top can easily be attached to things with the included cord. It is also customizable. If you are going on a weekend trip, you can remove just the days you need and screw the top onto it. This is a super useful option for traveling light.

I wanted a sturdy pill organizer, but this one’s really hard to open and close. The twist-lock feels stuck sometimes, making it frustrating to get my meds quickly. The compartments are big, but the usability is poor for everyday use. Not worth the metal build if it slows you down every time. Would not recommend for anyone who needs easy access.
