Got the Seventh Generation Dishwasher Cleaning Packs 6 Count Free & Clear to see if they work better than the other name brand version of these. While I don't think these are any better, they work about the same as the other brand, but this one is more eco friendly which is a plus. Neither option really makes my dishwasher spotless, but it is a little cleaner and fresher after using one. It's easy to use for an occasional once per month hands free cleaning.

I love running these through my dishwasher every once in a while and I am so happy with how well they work. My dishwasher looks and smells so much fresher after I use these and I love how easy it is to just throw these in and let them get to work. Definitely going to order these again.

These pods worked well freshening up the inside of our dishwasher without leaving any residue. Very easy to use - just pop a pod in the dispenser and start the washer. Because they're infrequently used, this pack will last a long time. Overall very pleased.

I was hoping for a quick solution for cleaning food stains and also the mildew that occasionally appears between the utensil tray and the door of my dishwasher. As instructed, I ran an empty cycle with one of these cleaning pods in the detergent bin and I could barely tell what the cleaning pod did. The sauce stains that were in the pre-wash cup, as well as signs of some mildew on the utensil holder knobs, are all still there with only a slight improvement. My photos show the results. I probably could have had the same results just by wiping the stains with a wet paper towel. I wasn’t targeting an odor, but I thought these spots would be cleaner. I’ve tried good and bad Seventh Generation products (their Triple Action Clean dishwasher detergent packs are good), but I would not recommend spending money on this product.
