I recently got the Granitestone Piezano Pizza Oven 14 inch, and it definitely delivers an authentic pizza experience. It heats up quickly to and cooks pizzas in 5 minutes with a crispy crust and perfectly melted mozzarella. The firebrick design is excellent, and the built-in thermometer is a useful touch for precise cooking. Excellent product for indoor use. I suggest using quality dough and ingredients to get the best results.

Maybe I got the POS one since it occasionally heats to 700 degrees but the norm is 400 tops. It burns the toppings while leaving the dough mush. This is an aggravating and worthless pizza oven. Some reviews had good results but they did not get the oven did. It’s going in the garbage after 5-6;ruined pizzas. And heat up time? I don’t know but afterm20 minutes it rarely was a one 500.

I was skeptical at first, but this pizza oven is superb, and makes a delicious, crispy pizza within 6 to 8 minutes. What sets it apart from the others is the top and bottom temperature settings, allowing for a crispy bottom, which is not easily achieved in a conventional oven. My only caution is that the directions suggest 800 degrees for both top and bottom. We did this the first time and our pizza (bottom) was burnt to a black crisp, and inedible. The next time we made it, we used 800 degrees for the top, and 500 degrees for the bottom and it was perfection. I agree with the other reviewers that it doesn't exactly reach 800 degrees, but it still produces amazing results. I would definitely recommend the XL model, for a 14" pizza, as the smaller size is quite small. I highly recommend this pizza oven.
