I’ve seen some reviews complain about the taste, but this product isn’t meant to be traditional ramenit’s designed as a high-protein substitute for those of us focused on our dietary goals. And for that, it’s excellent. I’d rate it a solid 9/10.The noodles do have a slightly different texture, but they’re still an amazing replacement, and I’ll definitely be buying again. The base ramen itself has 32g of protein. If you use chicken or ramen broth instead of water (+2g protein) and add a seasoned egg (+6g protein), the whole meal comes to 40g of protein at just 330 calories. Top with a little green onion, and it’s absolutely delicious.Thank you to the hethstia for making such a great alternative

The taste is ok. Texture is a little dense. Over all they were ok. Quite expensive but I guess that should be expected from protein packed noodles. I can at least say they kept my stomach content for a while as if I had eaten a solid meal. The spicy curry was the best of these in my opinion.

These are awful and I’m so mad I purchased them. Noodles are completely tasteless

The protein content in these is great and they are certainly edible. I hated the beef flavored ones, which is uncommon for me to dislike. I also don’t really love the texture of the noodles.

Yes the noodles have a different texture than cheap instant ramen. That said, if someone served this to me and I didn't know any different, I'd just assume it's one of the thousands of instant ramens in the world that I haven't tried yet. Smells like curry, tastes like curry, has 1/8th heat of real curry, but it's good and filling. No notes.

I purchased this item because of its advertised "low ... reduced carbs" and "high protein", it does have the high protein (32 gm), but it has 42 carbohydrates per package, and if one is on a low carb diet, this is NOT the product you should be eating.

Really enjoyed this and will be buying more. I liked all the flavors (minus the kimchi pack). If you add a little Lao Gan Ma (spicy chili crisp) to each bite, it's actually delicious, and the broth is fantastic on its own. I will say, be careful to not inhale as you use the flavor pack as it's very potent. Aside from that, be sure to steam with a plate to cover for 5 minutes, and you've got part of a really healthy meal.
