I purchased this radio for my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta and was extremely disappointed. When I brought it to Best Buy for installation, the technicians immediately refused, stating that they do not install these types of radios due to the high volume of issues they cause. They referred to it as a “white box” radio—well-known in the industry for malfunctioning and damaging vehicles. I was told many customers end up returning to have it uninstalled and are forced to buy a more reputable unit.I was genuinely excited for my install appointment, but this turned out to be a waste of time and energy. According to both Best Buy and other mechanics I consulted, if a shop agrees to install this kind of radio, it’s likely because they’re looking to make quick money at your expense, knowing it can cause serious problems to your vehicle.Consider this a serious warning—do not purchase this product. It’s not worth the risk or the headache.

Great unit besides Bluetooth connection is terrible phone has to be within inches to connect constantly disconnects fix the Bluetooth and thus is great mk6 gti

Overall this product is outstanding. But, it's has its flaws too. The radio is pretty easy to install even though the instructions for install is vague. Also, the touch sensitive could be better. Wish I could use the OEM back up camera other the having to use the one that come with it. Yet, if you know what your doing it's easy to install... Overall I am happy with the radio. Wireless carplay and android auto. Linked, quick with the steering control. Camera quality is decent. And, audio controls are great.
