I have a small mouth and these work very well. They are more comfortable than other mouth guards but there is minimal discomfort wearing them all night.

SAVING MY TEETH AND MY LIFE. However, it's sitting really high on my gums and causing some sores... not sure how to combat this.

I cut off that front piece, and turned it upside down so it goes all the way down under my bottom gums and that works perfectly !!!!!Basically:It's upside-down on my bottom teeth.Also stretched it out for a few nights by warming it up in my mouth and stretching it out.Now it's great !!!And I have plenty of extras incase I swallow this one whole !!!!!HahahahahahahaWas gonna make a poop joke, but I'll spare ya....lol

I am too frugal to get a custom night guard from my dentist and find that the ones that you heat up and mold are too bulky and end up not getting worn. I have been using plackers for a while and like how minimalist they are, but they wear out quickly and don't feel the most secure. The design of this guard offers the minimalist qualities that I love in the plackers night guard, combined with a more secure feel due to the addition of the tip to secure the night guard in place located at the front of the night guard. That extra bit of a security makes the night guard easier to use and helps it stay in place. Since the biggest struggle for me with using a night guard is using it consistently, finding a night guard that finally works for me is a huge win. I will definitely continue to use in the future.

Comfort:Really wanted to like these, but I don't think they are comfortable. They made my mouth sore rubbed in different areas that weren't pleasant.Size:It fit okay, if anything the sizing is slightly larger than I was hoping for.Stay in place:They don't feel very stable and move around with biting and grinding.Quality:I don't think these are a great is design and I wouldn't buy them again.
