If you are the type of person who likes smaller doses of creatine to spread throughout the day or decrease intake on rest days, then this might be a good fit for you. If you forget to take your pills and would rather do it all at once, even if that means it's slightly less effective, then these might be a real pain. Ten (10) pills is a lot to swallow and they are not small pills. But this is clearly advertised, so you know what you are getting.

It's pretty widely known now that everyone into fitness/exercise should be taking creatine monohydrate (CM). Current understanding is loading at 10-20g for a week and then 5g daily after that. There are body weight formulas you can search up if you want more precise info.Plain, boring, 100% CM is the way to go. No weird additives. Unless you're traveling... then don't bring white powders through airport security, unless you like them taking literally everything out of your luggage and giving you multiple "full body security massages". I'm saying that from experience, do not recommend.It has no flavor added, but I find all creatine has a sort of anti-sweetness to it... almost like a slight tinge of saltiness, but I can't really put a finger on it. I mix it in gatorade, and gatorade without CM is definitely sweeter than gatorade with CM. That's not unique to this product. I find it with all CM.GMP manufacturing is a must, I've worked in pharma before, so I wouldn't buy it otherwise. And they claim it's 3rd party certified, but they should post the data sheet from that tester. I have no reason to believe it's not 100% CM, but lots of listings include the third party test results sheet.
