I tested it out on an instruction manual I had laying around and it was able to staple and hold fifty pages.I have geeked out about finding the best stapler before, and this is the fourth stapler in my house right now. I have access to some heavier staplers at work (that can go through inches of paper).My other stapler that can go through fifty pages is designed differently and it doesn’t take as much pressure to staple. It’s an ergonomic stapler that’s fairly popular. I will say that it is always left on it’s side and the orange stripe isn’t very aesthetically pleasing.If you usually staple 1-5 sheets, this one can do that but the staples are a bit wobbly. A stapler that can only do 25 pages may not seem as cool as one that can do 50, but the staples hold tight. That means the paper doesn’t shift around as easily so the paper is less likely to tear.It doesn’t take an enormous amount of pressure to go through 50 pages so I don’t think the easy, ergonomic stapler is necessary. I would rather have one that sits neatly and looks nice.I don’t like the piece on top of the stapler, it feels cheap and it seems like they cut some corners. That’s the part that you touch while stapling, and it makes the stapler a bit ugly. I got the silver one but I think the sage green one is nicer looking. The silver and black combo just makes me think of cheap electronics.If you’re going to be stapling a lot, it’s not the most satisfying stapler to work with. This is the stapler you buy for your employee more than it is the stapler you buy yourself… if you are the kind of person who cares about that sort of thing. After I first used the stapler and felt the top part I tapped the side with my fingernails to see if it was metal or plastic, assuming it was going to be plastic.The name “Titan” makes you think this might be a big, heavy stapler but it’s the same size and approximately the same weight as an average stapler. It can just go through a lot more paper. Maybe it should be called “Sleeper” like a sleeper PC.The “50 SHEETS” sticker on the side peels off easily. The other two decals are printed on, oddly enough. I’m not sure what the story is with the decals, it might have said something on the box but my son opened it and I didn’t dig the box out of the bin.It comes with quite a few staples and a stapler remover. The stapler remover is the best kind in my opinion (as much as I do enjoy the chompy ones).

The heaviest-duty stapler I had before could handle around 40 sheets, so I was excited to try this one with a 50-sheet capacity. Right away, I could tell it’s much more durable and heavier than regular staplers.What surprised me the most was that this stapler can take two different sizes of staple refills. That’s a big deal for me because I’ve had trouble in the past finding the exact size that fits. Sometimes the refill and the stapler just don’t match. When I opened this one, I saw it came with two different staple sizes, so I was curious if both would actually work.I took a picture—on the left and right sides of the refill strip, you can see the two different sizes. But when looking at the top, they both fit in so perfectly that you can’t even tell the difference.So far, I’ve only tested it with three sheets, so I can’t speak to the full 50-sheet strength yet. But the stapling force feels very strong and promising.
