Took about 2-3 weeks to get the results, but we mailed it during Christmas break so that could explain the delay.The results were accurate and made sense as to why my husband had been feeling like crap. Diary intolerance we knew about (and showed in the results), but high sensitivity to gluten was new to us.He has very bad eczema and the results showed he was deficient in vitamin E and a few other vitamins that justified the eczema.The test was very helpful.

Very helpful knowing my food sensitivities. If you have questions or need help, their support is very helpful. You also get to talk with Dr.Kidgell, if you need clarification. Highly recommend.

A straightforward test to get insight into your food sensitivities, with some caveats. It was easy to do with easy directions. It was nice to have clear instructions, no account fees or subscription catches. It gives you some knowledge on foods to avoid as well. The caveat here is that I'm not so sure if the privacy is that great. One would need more research in this area. It is neat that you only need hair sample for this but be sure to get it close to the root. It is relatively cheap for information like this compared with other tests.

This test is very easy to use; simply snip off some hair, put it in the tube and mail it off. BE SURE to save the paperwork that comes with the package, SAVE (write down) YOUR IDENITIFCATION NUMBER/PRINTED LABEL NUMBER!! You NEED THIS NUMBER later for logging in to get your results. I did not receive the email with results in 3-5 days as stated on the paperwork. However, it's easy to look it up on the natural doctors solutions website - you set up an email when you activate your kit, so it's your email and the ID # mentioned above. There's a video you can watch with the paperwork, which is actually worth the time to watch. It explains how to read your results - there are links and sub menus for clarity. My results contained some things I might have guessed but others I didn't know, so I appreciate the information. The list of things I didn't react to contain a few items I know from my physician that I'm allergic to; maybe my allergy shots cause that to show as non-reactive now? I feel like the test is legit, decent quality, and worth getting done. I have some clear things to work on for my health which is the whole point. I could certainly do follow up testing for more specific issues, but I got a broad view of my general health. The website has a lot of resources you can read through or watch without buying anything else. I'm satisfied with this test.

I got these for my husband and I. We have been having some concerning symptoms and hoped these may shine some light on our new sensitivities. I was not disappointed at all. I bought them because of the great value, versus the price of others. They were quick and easy to use. The website was a little different and difficult to use and make an account with. The results came very quickly. I do feel like the results were fairly accurate and has help us get the help from doctors that we were needing.

My wife has some food alergies that result in many uncomfortable bathroom trips. We thought this kit might give some insight.We started out by trying to register the kit number which was pre-stuck to the hair sample envelope. I tried several times to register using the number provided but it wouldn't work. Finally, I sent pictures to their support which was promptly answered stating they pre-registered the kit for me. Plus 1 star for that. Having that completed, we mailed the hair samples using the pre-adressed envelope. The results came fairly quickly considering the 1300 mile difference.Upon receipt we were strongly encouraged to play a very boring video describing how to get the most out of the results.Finally looking at the actual results that contains multiple pages of results which were absolutely overwhelming. With a feeling of defeat, we gave up without gaining any knowledge. Not recommended.
