This 3‑pack of Rit liquid dye in black works exceptionally well for refreshing or recoloring fabrics. The color comes out deep, rich, and very even, even on garments that were faded or worn out. Having three bottles is great value and gives you enough product for multiple pieces or larger projects.The dye mixes easily with hot water and adheres well to a wide range of materials like cotton, linen, rayon, and some synthetic blends. It’s also perfect for DIY projects, home décor, and craft work. The final result is a solid, long‑lasting black that holds up well after washing.

Use this dye to dye the elf ears I sell. Haven't had any issues with fading at all and it works well with the silicone ears I use! I love the variety of colors this brand offers but I keep black in stock for tip dying and cleaning to darken other colors. Definitely worth the price to buy in bulk!

Unless used on a white/colorless fabric dont expect a pure black from this. Does not work on synthetics even a little bit just don't try it. Get the proper dye if that's what your trying to do. This will only work on natural fabrics with 0 plastic in it. Many stitchings in modern clothing contain plastics do not be shocked if they don't accept the dye. That said I got some really cool deep & dark redish black pants with a slightly darker orange stitching out of what used to be a drab orange set of pants. Gives fallout raider kinda.

Fantastic.It works well on protein/ animal based fabrics (wool and silk) but on plant based I’d recommend using dye fixative to avoid bleeding afterwards
