I've read a lot about what this product does or is supposed to do and was a skeptic when I purchased. I forget that it's on the shelf but when I start feeling sluggish in the middle of the day at work it is a great product to get me back on track. It does not hype you up and it does not turn your mouth blue. I started with five drops in my bottle of water gradually working up to 10. I think it's an excellent product

I will post changes throughout my testing of this first thing in the morning.First impressions is that the product is highly concentrated, just one drop in a clean glass of water can really make the whole thing blue. It was warm when I got the package so I assume it was under the sun for a bit and I'm not sure if this will affect its properties. The bottle and the label looks high quality. Content of bottle was full.Day 1 (5 drops):No taste really, and no evident changes whatsoever.Day 2 (10 drops):The taste is now evident and kind of metallic. I think I experienced a bit more energy during my day, and at night my eyes were pleasantly heavy that I felt it aid to my sleep. At the next morning I had to go to the bathroom though, I think it promoted my digestion.Day 3 (went back to 5 drops to increment by 1 so 6 drops):A slight boost on my energy levels during my day, and somehow slightly clearer thinking feeling. I noticed my mood was a little more towards the happy side but I also just recently graduated from College so a lot of responsibilities and weight were dropped so unsure of its relation with this more peaceful chapter in my life.Day 4 (7 drops)Energy levels seems normal now. Clear mind for multitasking, barely noticeable though, I hope that with larger dosis the effect will be more powerful.Day 5 (8 drops)You have more energy during the day and consequently more desire to rest at night with heavier sleep. I think also you are willing to do more stuff, you feel the need to spend the extra energy and tackle bigger tasks.Day 6 (9 drops)Probably due to the extra effort but evidently I find my self super thirsty.
