Seems like half the bag was butterfinger, hardly any 100 grand. Also a few of the chocolate mainly the crunch seemed like it had melted and didn't have its original shape.

This is a good variety of mini candy bars. You get bits size Crunch, 100 Grand, Butterfingers, and Baby Ruths. The value is decent for the medium-sized bag. I thought some of the chocolate seemed to melt rather quickly, and while the crunch was there in the Butterfingers, they don't have the same awesome, buttery flavor that they used to (this goes for the large bars, too, so this isn't exclusive to this bag of minis). Overall, this is a good bag to buy for Halloween, but don't expect the same quality you would have got several years ago.

Aside from the candies being shaped a little differently than I expected, this variety pack turned out to be a solid purchase for the price. There are plenty of pieces to satisfy a crowd of trick or treaters or to keep on hand as a grab bag at the office or front entry.The chocolate coating is thinner than most mini versions of these same candies, which was a bit of a letdown, and the sizes are slightly smaller than what you usually find in similar brand packs. That said, the flavor is exactly what you would hope for, so it still feels like a win.Just keep in mind that the thinner chocolate may melt a little sooner than expected if left in a warm spot. Overall, this variety pack delivers great value for the price, plenty of candy to go around, and enough variety that everyone will find a favorite.

You get a good variety in this bag and a good amount of candy, so as far as our Halloween candy buying goes, we look for larger bags for a better value. You get the following candies, and I noticed some changes to a couple of them:Baby Ruth - small cube miniButterfinger - small cube mini100 grand - full sized mini bar (as they used to be), but the crunch layer is significantly thinner nowNestle's Crunch - shaped like a full sized mini bar, but is just a little bit shorter and narrower like shrinkflation got a hold of it.So, quality of these candies overall is going downhill, to squeeze every penny out of them for the corporate manufacturer I suppose. I found them a little melty in very typical fall home temps so maybe that speaks to the quality of the chocolate, but it tastes like it always has at least.But for passing out candy, regardless of the new quality of the bars, the large bag is a better value for us with our high traffic Halloweens.
