The capsules are a nice size and easy to swallow. I keep reading how your gut biome affects so many aspects of your life that I am really trying to increase diversity. I did not have any digestive problems with this but honestly can not say whether they are working or not.One thing that bothered me was that a lot of the information on the bottle was in such a small font that I could not read it at all. This included the "Caution" statements - and that worries me. I am taking off one star because of this. There is a small American flag on the label so I assume this means it is made in the US. But the type is so small, I cannot tell. Vitamatic is a brand of dietary supplements founded in 2020 and owned by Proempire LLC based in Raritan, NJ. But the address seems to be in a multi-use so I am not sure where exactly this is made. A list of import/exports indicate that they have imported from China and India in the past.

Used to use the Trader Joe's acidophilus growing up.. Thought I'd give this a shot. Not sure if this is indicative of my gut health or if it was the acidophilus but man did these make me gassy. It was quite uncomfortable to be at work and have it sound like you have whales talking in your gut. They aren't so big that they're hard to swallow, and they definitely have helped with my gut movements, but I was not expecting the painful gas. Will be taking these at night.

This capsule is on the smaller end and is very easy to swallow. I have not had them open or burst in my mouth. The product has a very faint yogurt like smell.It is a one capsule dose and does not cause my any digestive aggravation.It contains inulin as well as 5 different strains, all of which provide great benefit to the gut health. I really like the inulin addition personally as many prebiotics do not have it.The product claims to be able to survive stomach acid, that claim I cannot verify personally however the product seems to work.Overall I think it is a good value and I will likely continue using it.

Vitamatic Acidophilus Bifidus - I love that I only need to take only one of these a day. I don't eat yogurt since it upsets my stomach, so this is a great alterntive to get probiotics. There are five different probiotics in this capsule: lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus reuteri, lactobacillus salivarius, bifidobacterium longum, and bifidobacterium lactis. They didn't give me any side effects. Made in the US, 3rd party tested, non-GMO, GMP-certified and free of sugar, yeast, wheat, gluten, egg, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives, and I think it's a great price for a 2-month supply.

I've taken these. I wouldn't say there's been a noticeable change in my guy health. I also lack the means to determine if these capsules actually contain any viable bifida bacteria. In my experience, taking these is not harmful.
