I’ve tried once. Not sure if user error or didn’t work but I know I had something going on but this didn’t detect it. I gave a 3 star simply because I haven’t needed to try again to see if it was possibly user error.

I don't believe theses work at least not for me, or I just constantly have the perfect PH even when I know it is off

These strips are packaged well- everything is sealed and sterile. The pH stuff is straight forward and easy to interpret for the most part, but the color differences are slight enough that can be kind of hard to distinguish which color the test matches to best. You definitely want to use this somewhere where you have really good crisp lighting. Other than that, they worked well from what I could tell. These strips are only testing your pH, so they are not going to diagnose you with anything. These strips do NOT replace going to the doctor, but they can help to determine if a trip to the doctor might be needed.
