I've been using Voyager Legend 50 for a few weeks and the experience has been impeccable! The audio quality is amazing - even in noisy environments, people hear me clearly thanks to the 4 microphones with noise cancellation and WindSmart technology.The Bluetooth connection is super stable, and the integration with the mobile phone is fluid. A highlight is the intelligent call control: it answers automatically when I put the phone in my ear, which is very practical on a daily basis!In addition, it is comfortable enough to wear all day without discomfort. The battery also lasts a long time, accompanying me on long working hours.If you need a reliable headset, with great audio performance and that works well anywhere, this one is an accurate investment. This so obvious that Poly (Plantronics) simply lost there innovation and technological drive. I have been a faithful customer to the Voyager brand and use to live by the brand because of its reputation. They have over the past few years fallen completely off. As for this new device, it simply sucks. I never thought that I would be fronting a bad review about this new device. I was so excited when I saw this Poly 50 headset on Bolo. I over looked the mixed reviews and the videos on YouTube about this new headset.The headset is a waste of money. So many people constantly say that they can not hear me and regardless of my location, I get so many complaints. I am a network technician and I rely on working with a hands free device. But when people complain and simply get mad at me for not being able to have a simply conversation is beyond frustrating.I feel bad because I recommended this to my family members and they have the same issues and complaints as I do. It’s to the point where we both regret this purchase and would rather have some knock off $30-40 headset that worked better then the Poly 50.I’m so let down by this and when you drop over $100 on a Bluetooth device, it’s heartbreaking to live with yet another trusted brand disappoint this badly.

Great over the ear headset. Easy to charge with included charging cable. Can pair with Bluetooth to a laptop or mobile device. It comes with 3 sizes of ear tips for a comfortable fit, however, I’m subtracting a star due to the ear tips were difficult for me to remove from device. Adjusting speaker volume is simple and you can mute calls easily with the mute button on the mic boom. Overall great headset.

Bien mais beaucoup trop cher.Avant on avait ce genre de casque pour 10 balles. La ENFIN un casque ou on entends, le volume assez fort mais le prix est tellement abusé.Sinon j'ai essayé les airpods une grosse fumisterie la qualité et le volume est catastrophique comme tous les autres casques shein. La on a un vrai son et pendant les appels c'est un bonheur. Encore une fois c'est ce qu'on avait avant pour 10€ mais bon...Bon casque par contre il ne rentre pas complètement dans l'oreille c'est prévu comme ça mais c'est désagréable. Le but étant d'oublier le casque c'est vrai qu'on l'oublie et même pendant un appel on entends des deux oreilles les bruits alentours mais justement j'aurais préféré un casque qui nous enferme complètement dans la conversation téléphonique.Nos interlocuteurs sont bluffés ils n'entendent que notre voix, même dans un environnement bruyant. J'étais en ville, beaucoup de bruits, un chantier dans le fond et la personne a cru que j'étais rentré chez moi elle n'entendais que ma voix.Très léger on oublie vite qu'on le porte. La batterie est heureusement quasi increvable à c prix là. Porté toute la journée environ 5h d'appels je suis à 80% de batterie.Ce qui est bizarre pour moi c'est que j'ai l'impression d'être à la fois avec la personne que j'appelle et le monde autour de moi. J'aimais mieux un casque qui me coupe du monde extérieur mais le but de ce casque est justement l'inverse.Donc bien pour les gens qu'on appelle et bien pour nous sauf l'inconfort de se sentir hors de la conversation.
