excellent product works quicklyI really liked this product. I started feeling lighter within the first few days and noticed a big improvement in my digestion. It doesn’t cause stomach discomfort and is easy to take. Perfect for a natural detox and internal cleanse without harsh effects. It works. I started this the very night I received it. It instructs you to take it at night. The VERY next morning, I produced results. This will be my fourth night. EACH morning, I have had BM's. ALL of the ingredients are natural laxatives so as to not worry about your body needing anything to MAKE you move. It makes the bloat go away and makes you feel better. It is VERY effective. No after taste. No belching them up. Make sure you drink a FULL eight ounces of water when you take this capsules. They are great and do what they advertise to do.

It helped with my bloating. I finally lost some weight. I work nights so I took it at 7:30am before bed and it worked well. On my day off I switched the time and the last 2 days I took it I felt bloated again. Over all good experience.

I had Bariatric surgery last year and have struggled with regular BM since then. Nothing I’ve taken has worked for me, except for this. The bottle says to take 1 or two pills. The first time I tried them I took two, and it did cause a lot of cramping. My suggestion is to just take 1.

I took 2 pills last night and it definitely kicked in by the next morning. My stomach started cramping, I felt really nauseous like I was about to throw up and my mouth started watering like right before you’re sick. It caught me off guard.That said, it did work. I released a lot and felt lighter afterward, so it definitely cleans you out. I just wasn’t expecting it to be that intense. Most reviews I saw were super positive (or felt like ads), so I wanted to share a real heads-up.For any new buyers: start with 1 pill to see how your body handles it. Give it a try if you suffer from digestive issues and constipation. From someone who does this was effective and helped with the bloating I had. Quality was good and taste good. I was able to swallow the whole thing.

These are intense! The serving size says 2, but after reading reviews about cramps and stomach aches, I knew to be cautious, and they weren’t wrong.There’s really no way around the side effects. This is not something you can take on the go; you’ll want to be at home or close to a bathroom. Definitely effective. Works sooooo well it’s crazy

I made sure to take this when I knew I was going to be home all day.I took 1 pill at 8pm with water and I had not eaten in 2 hours. I slept great that night and woke up at 8 am. After a few minutes of walking around I could feel the first BM come along, it was solid like a normal one. An hour later I went again and this one was more lose. Another hour later my stomach was rumbling, slight cramps but nothing unbearable. This BM was a lot loser, glad I was near a washroom and didn't chance to trust a fart. At about 1pm, I had my last BM and it was pure liquid. The rest of the day I hung around the house, I ate light and did not have another BM until the next morning. I would take this again for sure, I could see that it flushed me out and I did not have that much discomfort. I would not take this everyday as I don't feel like I should but I plan to do this once a month.

Omg best one I have ever tried
Omg.. I went thru a lot of different products and never have they ever met my needs like this one!!I take one capsule 3 times a week at bedtime around 9pm and I kid you not at about 7-8am I’m all flushed out in the morning and then feeling like a million bucks! The only downfall is you really feel it in your gut and it’s not pleasant but the outcome is great.. if you don’t mind a bit of a tummy ache at first then I recommend this for you. I will never be buying anything else, only these!
