These tires came with inner tubes, a pair of tire levers, valve caps, 4 valve cores and a small multi purpose valve wrench. There is a marking on its side that says "NYLON" so I am assuming that the material is kind of a mixture of synthetic rubber and more. My old tire size is 26x1.95 (47-559) compared to this set of tires which is 26x1.95 (57-559) no big deal and almost identical. I also noticed (the marking on its side) that these tires can handle a maximum pressure of 80 psi compared to my old which is 65 psi. The design of the tread pattern looks and offers a strong grip and traction on either surface - dirt or paved. It has a steel bead construction for added strength that securely fits into your rim. I will be saving the inner tubes that came with it as spares because I use a specially made extra-strong inner tubes against puncture from thorns, splinters, etc. as I ride my mountain bike to the rugged terrain from time to time. Also, there is a note that you have to unfold these tires and let it seat unfolded for two days before installing.

These are decent tires. They aren't going to win any awards for toughness (they feel fine, but not overly tough). they are serviceable. My son put them on his bike with no hesitation. The tread is appropriate for multi purpose use. He is using it primarily in a suburb setting with very little off-road use. I wouldn't use them for heavy mountain use.
